80m2 apartment recently renovated, comfortable, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace

Nice apartment of 80 m2 with modern comfort (wifi, tv), all recently renovated.

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, this apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: one large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, another fairly large room with 2 twin beds and a smaller bedroom with a cliclac and wardrobe, a common bathroom for these 2 rooms.

The apartment is equipped with large closets.

The living room is bright and well equipped, the kitchen is basic but very functional: 3 hotplates, refrigerator, washing machine ...

The apartment has a lovely terrace with a table and three chairs and a nice view.

There is comfort: WIFI, large screen TV, air conditioning and heating.

The geographical location of the apartment (5 minutes walk from the Plaza de la Merced and Picasso Museum) is ideal to visit Malaga! Welcome!

Value for money

Overall, this apartment is ok and was a good choice for a long weekend in Malaga.

The location is great for getting to the old quarter of Malaga, and is within 25 minutes walking of the beach.

The apartment itself is fairly small, probably best for 2 or 3 people. The kitchen is small but functional, and it has everything you need. It has a nice balcony for sitting out in the sun with mountain views.

The customer service provided was great, we were delayed at the airport and the email contact was quick to get in touch. Although the lady who let us in to the apartment spoke no English, this wasn't a problem as she managed to show us how everything worked and was very friendly.

I would say the only real negative to the apartment was the fact that the second shower didn't appear to work. In fact, I think both bathrooms would benefit from a refurb overall. Additionally, the bed in the twin bedroom was rather uncomfortable, but that was not really a major problem.

The price of the apartment meant that it was good value for money.

Overall, I would generally recommend the apartment.

Owner's Response: Thanks for these comments . I think honestly that the appartment is not small as it has 80 M2 ...it is not a very big flat but according with the price it has a good value . There is 1 big bed for 2 in the master bedroom with bathroom , 2 single beds in a second bedroom which is not small , and a third bedroom small with only a bed and a wardrob , but occosionally for holidays i think it can do . The location as you said is great , thanks . I will check for the second shower , but normally it is working , thanks . Welcome to enjoy Malaga .Didier

Great vacation!

We stay 9 nights in Malaga. The apartment is in a quiet area of Malaga, but close to the center. It is well equipped and very good for 4-5 persons. We enjoyed ourselves here! Didier gave us a lot of information about Malaga.

ABBIAMO SOGGIORNATO 2 NOTTI IN QUESTO APPARTAMENTO IN MALAGA A POCHI PASSI DAL CENTRO STORICO, IN 5 MINUTI A PIEDI CI SI TROVA IN PLAZA DE LA MERCED E SUBITO NELLE VIE DEL CENTRO. CALLE ALTA E' UNA VIA MOLTO TRANQUILLA, QUINDI LA NOTTE SI DORME BENE. L' APPARTAMENTO E' MOLTO ACCOGLIENTE, PULITO, IL TERRAZZO PICCOLO MA CON VISTA SUL CASTELLO. IL PROPRIETARIO MR.DIDIER MOLTO GENTILE NON CI SIAMO VISTI MA ABBIAMO AVUTO CONTATTI VIA MAIL, E SI E' INTERESSATO DURANTE IL SOGGIORNO SE PUR BREVE, SE TUTTO ANDAVA PER IL MEGLIO. Idéalement situé pour visiter Malaga à pied, ou en voiture pour rayonner vers les alentours, appartement clair et propre dans quartier populaire, sympathique et anime, habitants serviables, idéal pour 4 adultes, le propriétaire qui réside à l'étranger est très présent par téléphone et mail pour ses conseils de visites et ses bon plans (merci pour le parking tout proche) le rapport qualité prix est vraiment très bon et nous sommes très contents d'avoir séjourné chez Didier.

C'est avec plaisir que nous avons occupé cet appartement qui n'est pas très loin du centre historique et avons apprécié. L'appartement est confortable, propre et dispose de ce dont nous avons besoin pour passer un agréable séjour. Situé dans une résidence calme, bien sûr pour aller à la plage à pied, il faut compter au moins 25 mn. Nous avons passé un bon séjour qui ne nous a pas coûté très cher. Le propriétaire que nous ne connaissons que par mail est très disponible. Nous recommandons donc cet appartement.

The Glass Museum is 50 meters from the apartment, the Picasso Museum is 10 minutes walk away, the Plaza de la Merced where Picasso was born is 500 m, this place is a jewel of Andalusian architecture.

Malagata Beach is a 20 minute walk by a pleasant walk along the marina El Paseo del Parque, a true tropical garden in the city center.

Malaga is ideally located for visiting Andalucia and the Costa del Sol.

About an hour's drive from the beautiful city of Ronda and "white villages" these pearls of Andalusia.

Marbella is 45 minutes car or bus, the famous tourist city so prized by the "jet society" artists, celebrities ...

Antequera, authentic city of Andalusia is also about three car fifteen minutes or bus.

The visit to Granada and its gardens of the Alhambra can be organized on the day.
