Set on two oversized plots, our villa is a wonderful, immaculately maintained home decorated in soft pastel colours, with ceramic floor tiles throughout the main living area and carpeting to the bedrooms and family room. The rear and pool deck enjoys the sun all day with the benefit of its southerly aspect with protected Woodland providing excellent privacy, seclusion and tranquillity. Designed for maximum comfort and a relaxation, there is a formal dining area and living room, with a separate family room in which to relax, play games or enjoy the entertainment center. The master bedroom suite opens onto the pool deck and enjoys a generously sized en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 (Queen) and Bedroom 3 (Double/Full) share the 2nd bathroom. We have a large pool area with two separate eating areas and sunbeds.

About Andy and Jane Hale

We are Andy and Jane. We live in the UK with our two school age children. We fell in love with this area of Southwest Florida when we first visited over eight years ago and have been returning each year since. Following our Christmas 2014 vacation, we decided to purchase our own home in this area that we love so much. When we are not staying in the villa we are offering it for rental and hope that our experience and knowledge of the area and knowing what is important to us as holidaymakers, will result in an enjoyable and relaxing stay for our guests.

Why Andy and Jane Hale chose White Marsh

We recently purchased this property having fallen in love with its excellent location, very large plot, superb pool deck and pool, wonderfully maintained condition and tasteful decoration and because we felt that it had always been loved as a home. The quiet and peaceful location provides easy access to stunning beaches just a short drive away, and enough golf courses, nature trails and fishing opportunities to satisfy the most demanding enthusiast.

What makes this house unique

Our property is set in the middle of two oversized plots, has an outstanding pool area under a lanai with plenty of room for two eating areas and sun loungers and as it benefits from a southerly rear aspect, you can be assured of catching the sun all day, at any time of the year. To the rear boundary is protected woodland, providing privacy, seclusion and a naturally peaceful setting.

This was our ninth visit to Rotonda and we found Calusa Spirit to be one of the best villas we have rented. The villa is exceptionally well appointed with everything needed both inside and out and is very well maintained and managed and fabulously clean. We particularly enjoyed the spacious pool deck, with plenty of space for lazy sunbathing days and the cosy TV room was perfect for relaxing at the end of a fun packed day. We always find time to use the tennis courts in the community park and the bike trail and the homeowners catered for both activities. The rear aspect is lovely and private and we kept our eye out for Florida's wildlife. We would love to come back, thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!!

Outstanding property and location

We shared the first week of our vacation with Hurricane ''Irma' 'followed by a mandatory evacuation.

Jane and Andy kept our family up to date in the UK,letting them know we were safe etc.

Our stay apart from the hurricane was lovely.

Calusa Spirit is by far the best we have rented, spotlessly clean ,immaculately decorated and furnished,Janes little trinkets and decorations giving a touch of luxury to all the rooms.

The property Manager Frank was a lovely man to deal with. The pool guy Scott and the Gardener turned up every week to keep every thing in pristine condition.

If you are looking for a peaceful location, genuine property owners who go the extra mile then this is the place to be.

Hopefully a return visit in the future will be at Calusa Spirit.

Beautiful home

One of the nicest houses our family has rented after our eight vacations in Rotonda. I think we found a vacation home we definitely want to come back to. House was extremely clean with a big pool and very big and private back yard with all you need for fun inside and outside. The owners, Jane & Andy, were very nice and accommodating, as was Frank from management. They made our two-week stay easy and pleasant. We highly recommend this house.

Fantastic Stay!!!!!

We have rented several vacation homes and this home was by FAR the most cleanest home we have ever seen. Not only that, it is very peaceful and in a very nice neighborhood. Rotonda West is the place to be! There are golf courses surrounding the property, waterfront dining close by and the beaches about ten minutes away. The pool was wonderful as was the lanai. Pool floats and bikes are provided as is anything else that you would need. You can't go wrong with this home -- Andy and Jane Hale (owners) were the nicest people that we have ever dealt with. Thank you for letting us share your beautiful home! We highly recommend!

Lovely Villa, peaceful location

This is our third visit to Rotonda West & our first to this great vacation property. We found the house beautifully decorated,extremely well cared for,spacious,comfortable and spotlessly clean. It also has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The owners Jane & Andy were a pleasure to deal with & any questions we had were answered fully & promptly.

If you are looking to get away from it all for much needed rest & relaxation then this is definitely the place to do it.

How can you not enjoy breakfast by the pool listening to the birds & watching the wildlife (tortoises). It's so peaceful.

We would highly recommend this wonderful home & look forward to returning in the near future.

Like walking into a brand new home.

Just got back from 2 weeks of R&R... Mid March through April 2nd 2016. Weather was fabulous and the home was absolutely lovely. We were delightfully surprised when we entered the house and it looked brand new. Beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped with everything you needed. The master suite was very comfortable and en suite bath spacious. Another pleasant surprise was the second bedroom also had a king size bed. Third bedroom was a full/double bed. A nice bonus was the TV room had glass doors that you could close if you had children and wanted to use as a 4 th bedroom. --You would need to bring your own air mattress--Jane and Andy were so friendly and nice to work with. We arrived an evening early and they allowed us to check-in since the previous week was open. The location is prefect and area very quiet. The house is located on a double lot. We felt more like an owner than a renter. Definitely a house we would buy if we were looking to buy. Thank you Jane and Andy for renting your lovely home to us. I highly recommend renting this home. Hope to see you again.

We love this area. It is very relaxing, yet if you are more energetic, there is plenty to do. There are no less than 6 golf courses within the Rotonda development alone.

Some of the most stunning beaches you could wish for are located just 10-15 minutes away both south and west of Rotonda. Shopping and restaurants are readily available and for the energetic, we have 5 bicycles to use on the local bike trails and you can hire kayaks to enjoy guided trips up the Myakka river. We have several State Parks in the local area and some good horse riding at local stables. Our home has a comprehensive in-house guide full of ideas of things to do and places to go. Our management company have tourism brochures and are happy to provide a free map of the area on request.
