Kittiwake Studio is a recently built, stunning apartment for two with wonderful coastal views towards Whitsand Bay and the Eddystone Lighthouse.

The accommodation comprises an open-plan lounge and kitchen-diner with comfortable furnishings and a fully fitted kitchen - the huge feature window provides striking views. To the rear of the apartment is a designated bedroom area with ceiling to floor curtains, a super king size bed which can be arranged as two singles if required, and a luxury shower room. The Studio's deck area, with a table and chairs, provides the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the views, perhaps with a glass of crisp, chilled white on a warm summer's evening.

Plaidy beach is a five minute walk down the hill and the centre of Looe, with its bustling harbour, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs is a 15 minute stroll along the coastal path or a five minute drive.

Kittiwake Studio has a real feeling of luxury. Above the garage, the conversion of the Studio was completed to the highest standards, including underfloor heating throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay all year round.

The owners live in the main house on site and are at hand if guests require assistance during their stay.

The perfect base for your stay.

This apartment is ideal for a couple. Everything you could need is there. It is clean, comfortable and contemporary in style. The huge picture window in the end wall is a major plus, giving a great view over the bay. The only drawbacks are (1) the fairly unsettling approach down Hay Lane - single track for the most part with a couple of blind corners; care required - and (2) the twenty minute walk into the town centre along the coast path. It's actually not too far and quite a pleasant walk (when it is not raining!), but it isn't lit at night and some people might find it a bit of challenge, particularly the first part of the return walk climbing out of Looe. I would seriously not recommend attempting to flog it all the way up Barbican Hill - done once, not repeated. That aside, Looe is a pleasant town for a short stay. It has a decent beach, plenty of shops and a number of good restaurants and pubs. If you don't mind the walk (or plan to drive into Looe every day), I would thoroughly recommend this apartment as an ideal base for your holiday.

Stunning .

Perfect studio with an equally perfect setting. 5 mins to Plaidy beach, another few onto Millendreath with gorgeous beach bar/food. Then 20 mins walk into all that Looe has to offer! Location is so quiet and the view is awesome.

Highly recommend this studio.

Looe is a historic fishing port on the South East Coast of Cornwall. The Eden Project is only 35 minutes in the car as is Plymouth. There are lovely beaches and beautiful Coastal path walks on the doorstep.
