Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était parfait et prêt pour notre arrivée. La situation de l'appartement est très pratique lors d'une visite à Séville car il est tout proche de la Cathédrale et d'autres lieux touristiques.

A Good One Night Stand

While this apartment is ideally situated near the Cathedral, the Alcazar and old town amenities, it lacks basic requirements for a long term stay. There was no hot water in the kitchen. The owner was called about this problem on the second day. His answer, "I will get a plumber." He never did, nor did he call back to check on us. We believe he knew there was no hot water prior to renting because the plumbing connection was missing. We were here for 7 days and this was a huge nuisance. The apartment was musty with 2 battery powered perfume dispensers which only made the air heavier. It was our over-sight to not notice that smoking is allowed here. We would not have chosen such a place had we been more attentive to this. Yes, as he stated in a previous review, there are 2 windows in the apartment. However, they open onto an enclosed courtyard. In this courtyard, mold is growing on the wall. And, small black flies abound here. There is a washing machine but no dryer. But the rack for drying clothes is broken. We had to hang clothes on the stair railing to dry. On a side note. We have great praise for Immaculada, the attendant who met us, and helped a great deal with a parking garage. Pros: great location. Cons: Read above.

Good location, near to everything and very quiet.

Loved Seville. Having been there before, the apartment was excellent for walking everywhere to see the sights and enjoy the cafes. Going to concerts on the evening was wonderful and our apartment was an easy walk back. everything in the apartment worked well for us.

Nice and quiet

Victoria and Inmma's place is wonderful; it was nice to come home after a busy day of sigh seeing to a quiet and safe place. It has everything we needed. Inmaculada met us and showed us everything in the apartment. Best area in Sevilla---the next door restaurant has delicious seafood and very friendly people. Thank you for sharing your lovely apartment. We would stay here again and would recommend to our friends & family!

It is located in the city center, surrounded by shopping areas, just minutes from the main artery of the city with such famous streets like serpents emblematic street, Calle Tetuan, La Plaza del Salvador, Plaza Nueva. If you want to enjoy a flamenco show, a minute's walk that is the Museum of Flamenco.

Tien a large shopping center as the English Court. No need to leave the center can find everything you need, bike rental, sightseeing by bus, by boat on the river. Restaurants, cinemas, theaters, museums, bus stops and taxis. Near the amusement park Isla Magica.

Cercarno to :: A few meters away can visit the famous Santa Cruz, where walking through its narrow streets make you sumergas in the amazing architecture, landscapes, flowers smells of orange blossom and orange.

No car needed, all you have to just 100 meters, including supermarkets, shops, cinemas, theaters, pubs, flamenco shows, museums ect ....

A 5 min, you can find areas of environment, to have a drink, one of the most recommended sites is the EM Hotel, go up to the terrace.
