This lovely Estepona beach front villa is an excellent property for those looking for a relaxing Spanish-style house, close to everything in Estepona here on the Costa del Sol. This property is a Spanish style villa with private gardens to both the front and rear of the property with a large terrace upstairs and easy access to the communal swimming pool. The community gardens are mainly grass and have direct access to the stairs leading to the beach. Upon entering the villa you go directly into a large lounge with a well equipped open plan kitchen to the left. There is also a dining area and smaller lounge behind the central fireplace. On this level are two double bedrooms (which have AirCon) plus the family shower room. Upstairs on the mezzanine floor there is another lounge with double sofa bed which allows up to six persons to stay in the property, a small study and modern shower room. There are patio doors leading to a large terrace with sunbeds and large dining area, a great spot for relaxing with sea views. There are stairs leading down to the garden with more seating and a barbeque, with access through a gate to the communal gardens. From the gardens you can access the swimming pool and stairs directly onto the beach. There is a garden to the front of the house that benefits from the shade of a large tree. There is also a large parking area with ample parking accessed by remote control through electric gates into the complex. Beach towels are also provided free of charge. The TV programs are in Spanish, English, Russian, etc (IPTV installed in the property) and the property now comes with fiber-optic internet included in the price after the 14/04/2016

Beach Front Villa a short walk Estepona Town. The urbanization of Villas Andaluzas is built adjacent to the beach just east of the Carrefour supermarket and on the opposite side of the road to where Mac Donalds is.. just to the east of the town centre, one of the loveliest and most popular beaches on the coast runs from here all the way along the sea front of the Estepona Town. The property is ideally situated for access to the town centre and the motorway heading to Gibraltar and Malaga. Estepona Port is a thirty minute walk and is home to numerous good bars and restaurants plus two large supermarkets. You can also hire boats from the Port or enjoy walking around the Sunday morning craft market. The town centre is an enjoyable 10 minutes walk along the seafront from the villa. Here you will find many shops in the main shopping street plus many more pretty Spanish bars and restaurants. Estepona is a good central point for those looking to base themselves somewhere with nice beaches with plenty of things to do whilst being able to go exploring more of the cost such as Puerto Banus, and Marbella old town or Gibraltar and Morocco.

  • Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 50€ for up to two weeks. We do not include bedlinen for the cot. We also rent hairdryers and beach towels for 5€ each.

    A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals as of 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival.

    We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance.

    The (AC) electric consumption has a limit of 75€ per week.

    Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this service during 2016, however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.
