Vacation at our locally owned, well maintained, beachfront paradise condo, located at South Seas Club, a secure 55 acre gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds, walking paths, 10 tennis courts and numerous boat docks.

Enjoy the view of a huge heated swimming pool, gulf waters 3 1/2 miles of white sand crescent beach, spectacular sunsets and wildlife sanctuary all from your balcony. All rooms are nicely decorated and comfortably furnished.

Our condo is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing stay including beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. All you will need is your personal items.

Wonderful condo, wonderful location, wonderful vacation!

This was the perfect condo for our stay at Marco Island. The gated community is very secure and the condo itself was very well maintained and clean. The views are amazing from the balcony. Both the living room and master suite have balcony access and gulf views!

The owner was super helpful as we arrived on a late Saturday afternoon and proceeded to get totally confused on what to do and where to go! Thanks Rob!

You will not regret staying at this beautiful condo - book now!

Good and Relaxing

The condo is in good condition and clean, and the view amazing!! The only complains are that the parking pass should be ready at time of entrance along with the keys since the registration office is not open on sundays. Other than that is a good place and location we might return next year! Thanks

Even though it’s on the beach - you will have about a 5-10 minute walk to get to the ocean

Wow, extremely nice stay and the views are awesome!

If you are wanting to stay at a nice condo that has the most fantastic views of the gulf and beach areas this is the place to go. The owner is fantastic to work with and a gentleman. No regrets staying here hope to be able to go back in the future. Lots to see and do and easy to get around both Marco Island and Naples (yes....you have to go visit Naples and walk on the pier to see the dolphins

I gave this a 5 star rating....it deserves a 10. Lots of nice places to visit....our two favorite places were Snook Inn for great seafood and the best salad bar around and Joeys Italian (just up the street from the condo)... the food is great and you can eat for two days on the large portions they serve.

Don't hesitate to book this place...very secure and very well kept facility.

Condo association charges a one-time $25 registration/parking fee per auto upon arrival.

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
