Beautiful Self Check In Flat in Edinburgh City Centre

This is a bright and tranquil main door studio flat just off the Top of Leith Walk/London road. The flat comes with all the facilities to make our guests' stay a memorable one. There is a double bed with pocket sprung and memory foam mattress, sofa together with bay window sitting, dining table, flat screen TV and it is beautifully decorated throughout.

The Neighbourhood

Within the Immediate location on Leith Walk and London Road there are an excellent variety of local amenities including the popular Valvona & Crolla Delicatessen, Vittoria's restaurant and the cosmopolitan range of bars, cafes and restaurants in the vibrant Leith and New Town areas. At the end of the street you will find London Road Gardens and Calton Hill is just within a 10 minutes walk from the flat. The nearby Omni Centre and Ocean Terminal Shopping Centres offer multiplex cinemas together with further bars, restaurants, gym and shopping facilities.

Getting around

The flat is centrally located- just 15 minutes walk from Old Town. The final tram stop from Edinburgh Airport is also a 10 - 15 minutes walk from the flat.

Main Bus lines on London Road and Leith Walk will also connect you with Old and New Town within 10 minutes.

This charming flat with self check- in facilities is superbly situated just half a mile east of Princess Street and a 10 minutes walk from Calton Hill. The excellent public links provide easy access to Old Town, The Shore and further afield.

The flat has a second to none self check-in facility which allow our guests the flexibility of arriving at their own time from 16:00 onwards on check in day (24 Hours Check In).

Nice house and nice owner

Pier is very helpful and nice. He is very patient to help us solve problems when we facing problem for using facilities in the house. The house is good. It is quite but only 10 min walk to city centre. Facilities in house is very new and elegant. Highly recommend for this house,

Great Apartment, Great Location.

An extremely stylish, spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment. Pier Luigi is a very considerate host providing local information on places to eat, visit and public transport. When we arrived we were delighted to find Pier had left us snacks, chocolates, items for a complete continental breakfast, soft drinks and even beers chilling in the fridge. The espresso machine, complete with pods, was a godsend after a full day touring Edinburgh and set us up nicely ready for the evening out! We even managed to squeeze in a few films via Pier's Netflix service on his great TV and sound system. Although the apartment isn't large it is extremely well designed and space is not an issue for two people. The location is only 15 minute walk to Princes Street and is close to a great selection of cafes and restaurants. Pier kept in touch throughout our stay to ensure we were happy with everything and provided an excellent service. We would not hesitate to stay in his lovely home again.

Compact, clean and cute!

My daughter and I stayed while looking at University. The apartment was spotless. Everything was there. The owner had left snacks and drinks for us. Cooking was no problem as all the equipment was there. The owner was helpful and responsive at all times. We had a few issues with electricity while there--and the owner responded promptly to make sure the issues were addressed.

Given the size of the place, I would not recommend it for more than two people but it was perfect for us!

The bus stop is quite close and the neighborhood was interesting to walk around. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very comfortable and very well equipped.

A compact, well equipped bedsit flat. The kitchen had lots of things to allow home cooking, as well as a good coffee machine. The bed was comfortable, although not especially large. Lots of little extras, such as umbrellas, washer/dryer with washing liquid supplied, clothes airer. The flat was just as it was in the photos and was very clean. Pier was very accommodating and available by phone if needed, e.g.: allowed us a late check out which helped us a lot. Location was in a very quiet street, and an easy 15min walk into the heart of Edinburgh. And on arrival, Pier had left a lovely bonus of some basics for us, (chocolates, milk, butter, bread and wine!) Would definitely recommend.
