This spacious and welcoming detached villa is perfect for a family or a large group of friends couples or colleagues. Situated in a quiet residential area this home will cater for all your needs and provides a great base from which to enjoy both Glasgow and other parts of Scotland. The southwest of Glasgow is the perfect link to inner and outer city attractions. Popular outdoor music venue Bellahouston Park Ibrox Stadium and Glasgow Science Centre are located close by or take the Paisley Canal line from Dumbreck station into Glasgow Central only a five minute train journey. Central attractions include SSE Hydro and Kelvingrove Art Gallery as well as many shopping arcades and districts including St Enoch Centre and Buchanan Galleries. Entering the house you can t help to notice the many features and grand staircase. On the ground floor you have a large lounge: with SkyTV Xbox iPod dock and DVD. There is an additional TV room with SkyTV and double sofa bed. The grand dining room is a great place to gather and catch up over dinner. The kitchen is well equipped with gas and induction hob and electric oven dishwasher microwave coffee machine and fridge/freezer. There is a separate utility room with tumble dryer washing machine and mini-freezer. There is a shower room with WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor there are five bedrooms all with TVs 1 double 1 king-size 1 twin with orthopaedic adjustment beds and SkyTV 1 king-size with additional single and 1 zip-and-link (which can be made as twin on request). The bathroom has a spa bath and WC and there is also a shower room with WC. As you head outside there is a large enclosed garden with garden furniture large children s trampoline and BBQ. There is also private off-road parking for 4/5 cars.

Excellent!

Irène was very kind, sharing all her property; the house just perfect for us, 8 adults and 3 children, it would have éventuellement been possible for 2 more adults.

Very nice moment in Glasgow. We already know where we want to rent for our next scottish journey.
