Getting here from all over Europe is quick and easy with two International Airports nearby, at Alicante and San Javier (Murcia), yet only 40 minutes from the larger cities such as Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena.

Punta Prima resort is a wonderful place to rest under the sun. The unique architecture of our buildings is sympathetic and faithful to traditional Spanish design, built to a high standard of specification by one of Spain’s most prestigious builders, Grupo Gomendio. The luxurious apartments simply ooze quality throughout.

The complex of Señorío of Punta Prima has beautiful communal gardens and swimming pools, 24 CCtv and guards, ehivch makes the place safe and private. It is located just 5 minutes short walk from Cala Piteras, Punta Prima beach and 5 minutes drive from beaches of Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja. Punta Prima is an urbanization infront of the sea, located close to all amenities and Zenia Boulevard Shoping Centre and sports centers. Borders with the urbanization Rocío del Mar. A few minutes from the golf courses Las Colinas, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin. Good communication with the Mediterranean motorway AP- 7 and N -332.

This is two bedroom south facing spacious first floor apartment with 112 square meters (approx) constructed area, with spacious balcony/terrace, two large bedrooms and one family bathroom and separated lavatory. The apartment benefits from 2 swimming pools, with a shallow end, perfect for the children. Leading from the kitchen and living room to a spacious balcony(terrace), furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

Why Brandon Bell chose Orihuela

This property is conveniently located close to the beach (400 m) which does not require car all the time. Along the seaside there is possibility to go to the Torrevieja by bicycle, or to Playa Flamenca by cycling line along N334.

Micro climate influences the weather so in winter months is nice and sunny, and in the summer months is pleasantly hot and excellent for beachcombers.

The flat is comfortable and has large balcony with comfortable sofa and dining table and chairs which will give you opportunity to dine with sunset as a backdrop. At the same time there is wonderfull view to the garden big palm trees.

Fantastic peaceful holiday retreat

We loved the apartment, clean, comfortable and super spacious, definitely not your average holiday place.

Most of the time we had meals on the terrace which makes you feel like you are completely outdoors. It's located walking distance to the beach, very relaxed area indeed so perfect for long walks.

The owner was helpful with everything we asked for so we shall keep his details as we shall be going back!

Our great holiday in Punta Prima

When we arrived the flat was clean and well furnished . The flight was easy and the travelling through and from the airport a doddle .The complex is well maintained with a mixture of owner occupiers and some rental flats. The swimming pool was a godsend never to busy with space to sunbathe then cool off with a refreshing swim. The kids loved the paddling area.

There was a nice local sandy beach within walking distance when we felt like a change. Whilst it was perfectly possible to eat in buying food from one of the local supermarkets there was an abundance of local restaurants and taverna to eat out in. The main town of Torrievieca still retains a local charm and again has many splendid places to eat .

Overall I would thoroughly recommend both the flat and the area to anyone wanted a relaxing time without the compromises and claustrophobia of a package holiday

Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances au sein de cette location qui est bien équipée. Tout le confort y est.

Il y a une petite plage à proximité qui est vite remplie mais nous avons préféré découvrir d'autres plages aux alentours en voiture.

Nous avons eu un bon rapport avec le propriétaire qui est resté joignable.
