Salema Beach Club is a popular small holiday complex built around a large communal swimming pool. The complex has, in addition to the large shared pool, a small shop and bar/cafe. There is also a fully staffed Reception Office. All services are very family friendly. Salema village itself is a picturesque and small fishing village, with a beautiful long sandy beach. For a small village it has an amazing choice of around 10 restaurants, varying from the best European and Portuguese cuisine to the traditional snack/pizza bar. Situated on the edge of the beautiful Costa Vicentina nature reserve, this is an excellent base for walkers and other nature lovers. With Lagos, the local lively and historic town just 15 minutes drive away, and the award winning Parque de Floresta golf course just on the doorstep, Salema offers something for everyone, without the crowds that are found in other more obvious tourist areas.
As a Timeshare Property this is only available only in late July and early August. This apartment is ideal for 2/4 people sharing - 2 in twin beds in the single bedroom, and up to two additional persons can be accommodated in the lounge area, either using the two camp beds that can be made available on request.

Families with young children should be aware that the main lounge area of this property opens directly onto a large balcony, which is at first floor level. The village, with its restaurants and beach is a five minute (400 yard) walk down a fairly steep hill, but there is parking if it is necessary for someone to be driven into the village because of poor mobility.

The apartment has pool rights, thus all guests have free use of the large shared pool area, which also offer extensive sunbathing areas and free sun loungers, and a separate baby pool. The pool area has a card operated security gate to ensure its use solely by those apartments having purchased pool rights for their guests.
