Asturias and Galicia, at the mouth of the river Eo in the Cantabrian Sea, is Castropol. People copy characterized by beautiful views, and tranquility. The parish church, whose silhouette identifies the people from afar, is located in the center. The town sits on a small hill where traditional white houses with slate roofs shared history with mansions, Montenegro Palace and Casino. The Marina adds life and atmosphere to summer sunsets.

The floor, a triplex of 300 m2, is completely outside with large windows and exceptional view of the cove Linera in the Eo.

Upstairs is the living room arranged in two environments: one to enjoy the wonderful views, and another where you can comfortably watch TV Plasma 42 ". On this floor is the first of the three suites that are in the house, composed of bedroom with double bed and bathroom built. At a height of 3 steps is the main dining room. The kitchen, with dining area, is fully equipped with cooker and stove, semi-professional oven, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware for 12 people.

On the lower floor are the other two suites: one of two double bedrooms (the first with a double bed and the second with two beds of 1. 05cm) with ensuite bathroom with bath tub. The second suite consists of a large bedroom with two beds of 1.05 cm with bathroom and separate sitting room.

In the basement is the laundry room with washer and dryer. From there, it accessed via a private driveway with two parking spaces included. There is possibility of a third garage.
