The apartment has marble floors, full air-conditioning and has been furnished to a very high standard. The living room has sofas and chairs, a 42 inch flat screen TV with Sky satellite, DVD player and a Bose docking station The room leads out through fully retractable doors on to the large terrace where you will find large sofas a dining table. All of which have a panoramic view over the 7th Tee. The solarium has sun loungers a large glass dining table with 6 rattan chairs. In addition there is further circular Spanish table and seating suitable for eating or playing table games in the sunshine. Both terraces have retractable awnings. There are two bedrooms with king size beds and one Twin room. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and TV’s. The master bedroom has separate TV, an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The guest bathroom has a power shower. All appliances (hob , oven ,fridge/freezer and dishwasher) are Bosh. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and micro wave. A separate utility room contains washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a secure underground garage. Full lift access from garage to front door.
Our family really enjoyed the clean comfortable and spacious appartment.
Our favourite place was the balcony which provided a great view and a cool breeze.
All equipment is more than up to standard. Fast Wifi, great airco etc etc.
