Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pleased to say that several of our previous concerns about house have been addressed and that others are now in process.Great place for 3 couples to stay. Good location.

Beautiful House in a Quiet Location

This house is gorgeous and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensley. There were a few things we wish we had known before booking: 1) When we booked we were unaware that we would be charged an additional fee if we used a credit card to pay the balance. 2) The listing states there is spa, however, it's the spa bathtub that is turned off due to the water crisis. 3) We might have missed the information, but we were expecting the main rooms (kitchen, living room, dining room, etc.) to be on the bottom floor and they are on the top floor. This made it difficult for our family members that have mobility issues. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend the property. The location is perfect.
