This beautiful luxury condo is located in the Waikoloa Beach Villas at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. It’s a contemporary town home design that is based on the historic plantation style of the islands. Our condo features a spacious state-of-the-art kitchen with seating for six in the dining area. The living room has a large high-definition LCD TV with high-definition cable and DVR. The master bedroom and second bedroom also have flat screen TV's. Wireless or plug in internet is available throughout the condo free of charge. There is a large lanai with a built-in barbeque grill and wet bar to make enjoyment of the great Hawaiian outdoors just that much easier. A garage is available for convenient storage of your rental car. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Waikoloa Beach Resort is located on 1,350 pristine ocean-front acres. Here you will find the perfect blend of Hawaiian culture and world class resort amenities. Our beautifully decorated condo is only 10 steps from the historic King’s Trail. Here you can hike to ancient Hawaiian petroglyphs and enjoy the gorgeous Kohala Coast.

The Waikoloa Beach Resort is truly a golfer’s paradise with two outstanding golf courses! The Beach Course is a Robert Trent Jones Jr design that is literally carved out of lava. The Kings Course is a Tom Weiskopf/Jay Morrish design with a links feel.


We are gold members of the Kings' Club. This membership allows us to extend our golf rates to our guests. Currently our guests can golf as at the King’s Course for $50 per person or the Beach course for $75 per person! You can golf at these rates as many times as you wish during your stay at our condo!

**The non-resort rate is $180 for either course.

**The resort guest rate is $145 for either course.


You are welcome to use our golf clubs during your stay. We have four sets of golf clubs. Two sets are stored at the club house. They are Nike Sasquatch golf clubs. Both sets are right handed. There is one men’s set and one women’s set. The other two sets are stored in the master bedroom closet at the condo. Both of these sets are right handed as well. The men's clubs are a Tour Edge set. The women's clubs are a Prince set. We use the old fashioned honor system with our golf clubs. If you lose or damage a club please replace it with a comparable club. Club rental is $25 per set at the club house.

The best shopping on the entire island is only steps away at the Queens' Marketplace and the Kings' Shops.

The Queens’ MarketPlace is becoming the gathering place of the Kohala Coast on Hawaii's Big Island. It is comprised of 116,000 SF of retail, dining and office space and offers two unique entertainment venues; Waikoloa Bowl at Queens’ Gardens and the Coronation Pavilion in the center of the mall. The Kings’ Shops provides excellent dining options from fine dining to casual eateries. Three Fat Pigs, Roy’s Restaurant and Merriman's Cafe are some of our favorite place to eat here.

Why Tammy Burgemeister chose Waikoloa Village

We chose to buy this condo because of it's location to golf and because it is a very peaceful area on the Big Island. The grounds are beautiful and very peaceful. Although we live on Maui it's nice to be able to get away and still be close to home. Our condo allows us to have several long relaxing weekends in a very lush place! It's like having a second home on another island.

What makes this condo unique

We are members of the Kings' Club and really enjoy the member golf rates as well as other benefits we receive as members. We are both avid golfers so the discounted golf rate is key for us. We also enjoy 'A Bay' beach for snorkeling and boogie boarding. When we are at our condo we feel as though we are staying in a five star hotel but have all the benefits and amenities of staying in a condo. We love cooking outdoors so having the wet bar & BBQ on the lanai is perfect for us. Being able to cook for ourselves saves a lot of money and we can have whatever we want. Comfort is very important to us. Some of our favorite amenities are the memory foam mattress in the master bed, the DVR, which allows us to be on vacation and never miss our favorite shows or sport events, and the HD TV's with HD service in the living room. The picture is amazing. The property has two beautiful pools with hot tubs and waterfalls and a fitness room that we enjoy using while we are there.

There are hair dryers in each of the bathrooms. For the beach......We have a medium size soft side cooler, four boogie boards and four beach chairs!!

Great location, clean and well equipped

We are a family of four with a 3 year old and 10 month old. We found this condo to be just what we expected and very comfortable. It's a gated community which was relatively quiet and very well maintained. There are two almost identical pools, one at each end of the complex. They are great- refreshing in the morning and warmed by the sun in the afternoon. Our daughter enjoyed running around on the grassy area next to the Lanai in the mornings. You are close to everything. The Queen's market and the King's shops are both right next door. They put on shows everyday. The Kings highway trail is just through a hole in the hedge in the backyard. The Lava Lava Club and A-Bay are a short walk or drive away.

Almost everything you could need is provided: kitchen is fully equipped (even a coffee grinder) and stocked with essentials (spices, condiments, Tupperware and two small coolers to pack a lunch). There are beach towels, folding chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, floaties, boogie boards. A baby cot (but no high chair), and golf clubs. Full entertainment system but we didn't use it. The Wifi worked fine for us. The BBQ on the lanai is built in with a range hood.

Tammy was responsive to all of our questions and inquiries. Everything worked well. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect piece of Paradise

We have stayed at Tammy & Bill's Vacation home a number of times and have never been disappointed. We always enjoy staying there and there is everything you could possibly need supplied in the condo from kitchen gadgets and appliances, to golf clubs to use, to beach umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards for the beach. Tammy is quick to handle any issues that may come up, just an email or text away. We can't wait to go back to this little piece of paradise.

Thanksgiving in Hawaii

Spacious condo located just across the road from the Queens Shops at Waikoloa on the Big Island. Many near by beaches, golf courses and restaurants make this area a great family vacation site. Local attractions include boating, fishing, snorkeling, helicopter tours and day trips to Kona or Hilo.

Excellent place!!! I especially appreciated all the little details from having spices to grill with to boogie boards and snorkel gear in the garage. The wifi was a lifesaver as well! Highly Recommended!!!
