T4 spacious duplex, 64 M2 comfortable in a residence between Vielle Aure and Saint Lary, overlooking the park of the residence, and mountains in Vignec, 5 min walk from the terms of Saint Lary Soulan, Neste Valley. close all commerce, 5 minutes from the terms, from Sensoria, lifts, and restaurants.

On the ground floor: Equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hotplates, raclette ...), sofa bed (2 persons) with a bathroom (shower and sink) and separate toilet, bed baby, baby chair, various games.

1st floor: 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with 140 beds, and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 extra folding bed (1person) and a bathroom (bath, washbasin) with a toilet.

appartement très bien situé et fonctionnel

Notre séjour à Saint Lary Soulan , c'est bien passé l'appartement Duplex très agréable, grande pièce de vie et de nombreux placards.Nous étions 4 adultes et un enfant.Seul bémol le nombre de restaurants et commerces fermés ainsi que l'accès par les oeufs fermés malgré période de vacances scolaires.Malgré cela nous conseillons cette région pour les ballades et le bon air.

La description et l"emplacement correspondent à l'annonce. La location est propre et bien entretenue. L'accueil de Fleur très sympathique.

A 10 mn à pied du centre de St LARY. La navette gratuite devant l'entrée de la résidence soit 5 mn pour accéder au nouveau téléphérique.

Seule remarque, il manque un petit four électrique.

Nous recommanderons cette location.
