If you look for an apartment with two terraces with sea-view, at a stone´s throw from the sea and with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom and constant nice background noise of the sea´s waves, with plenty of day excursions possible to Andalusia´s top tourist attractions - that´s the apartment.

Situated at about 10 minutes´ drive northeast of Marbella next to the sea in Sitio de Calahonda, it offers everything you need for a holiday, just relaxing at the beaches nearby or discovering and sight-seeing - or both. Even in winter Andalusia´s mild climate allows you most of the time (even in winter) to have breakfast or lunch on the upper terrace. Supermarkets and Restaurants are within walking distance. Malaga´s airport is only 30 minute´s drive away.

The apartment has been completely renovated in November 2016 with a new spacious kitchen (oven, dishwasher etc.). Now the apartment is one big open space between entrance, kitchen, living room and terrace, which opens the apartment towards the sea. Compared to the typical Spanish apartments with small rooms this is a quite different and spacious room experience. You can get an impression of this description on the recently taken pictures.

Also the bathroom was completely refurbished: spacious shower, new toilets etc. One nice feature: you can watch the sea taking your shower, since we put a window next to the shower (for those who prefer privacy we put a roller blind...).

The apartment is quietly situated in a building surrounded with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool right next to the sea. There is a wooden walkway on the beach that goes for many kilometers to the right (to the nice fishing village of Cabopino) and to the left (for example to the beautiful beach of La Cala with its white sands)

Possible excursions include Cordoba, Granada, Sevilla, Malaga, Ronda, the white villages etc. In 2 weeks you will hardly have enough time to see all you will want to see in the region - also because you will want to pass some time in the apartment...

There are beach bars (with sun chair renting) in walking distance.

There are always enough public parking places right next to the building. A renting car is recommended.

There is a barbecue on the lower terrace, a washing machine, a shower and sun chairs on the top terrace.

Wifi, TV, electricity and cleaning fees are included.

As the Spanish laws have changed quite recently, we would always need a copy of passport in case of booking.

You will love this place because of the noises of the sea, that you hear all day long and the gorgeous views from the two terraces. You just go downstairs and you are right on the beach, where you can walk on the new walkway in both directions and swim, play in the sand and eat in one of the "chiringuitos".

Lovely apartment in a quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Playa Lunamar apartment. It was very well equipped, clean, modern and comfortable with wonderful seafront views to enjoy. The apartment is located in a quiet position but is not far from many shops bars and restaurants. I can highly recommend a stay at this lovely apartment in Playa Lunamar you won't be disappointed.

A month to remember

We stayed at the property for one month in July 2017. The property is very well kept, modern and well equipped. The view is lovely and it is very close to all amenities. We loved staying there and found the owner and the agent very helpful. I would be happy to recommend the property to others.

Cette location est en tous points conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement a été récemment rénové et nous avons pu profiter d'une cuisine et d'une salle de bain de qualité (surtout la spacieuse douche à l'italienne! ). De plus, le canapé a été changé (il s'agit désormais d'un canapé d'angle à l'assise confortable), ce que l'on ne voit pas sur les photos; il est très facile à déplier et la literie est de qualité.

Nous avons particulièrement aimé : la proximité de la plage, la piscine dans la résidence, la terrasse avec barbecue, la place de parking souterrain.

Enfin, nous avons surtout apprécié le sérieux de la propriétaire qui s'est toujours montré très réactive à la moindre petite question. Une agence sur place est présente et intervient rapidement en cas de besoin.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location.

La vue qu'offre l'appartement et l'emplacement sont exceptionnels.

Le logement est vaste, très agréable, propre et très bien équipé. La literie notamment est de bonne qualité.

La promenade en bois en contre bas de l'appartement offre la possibilité de rejoindre les plages et les restaurants de bord de mer très facilement.

Nous vous recommandons vraiment d y séjourner.
