1 bedroom, wonderful views, WIFI, 2 terraces, new bathroom and kitchen

If you look for an apartment with two terraces with sea-view, at a stone´s throw from the sea and with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom and constant nice background noise of the sea´s waves, with plenty of day excursions possible to Andalusia´s top tourist attractions - that´s the apartment.

Situated at about 10 minutes´ drive northeast of Marbella next to the sea in Sitio de Calahonda, it offers everything you need for a holiday, just relaxing at the beaches nearby or discovering and sight-seeing - or both. Even in winter Andalusia´s mild climate allows you most of the time (even in winter) to have breakfast or lunch on the upper terrace. Supermarkets and Restaurants are within walking distance. Malaga´s airport is only 30 minute´s drive away.

The apartment has been completely renovated in November 2016 with a new spacious kitchen (oven, dishwasher etc.). Now the apartment is one big open space between entrance, kitchen, living room and terrace, which opens the apartment towards the sea. Compared to the typical Spanish apartments with small rooms this is a quite different and spacious room experience. You can get an impression of this description on the recently taken pictures.

Also the bathroom was completely refurbished: spacious shower, new toilets etc. One nice feature: you can watch the sea taking your shower, since we put a window next to the shower (for those who prefer privacy we put a roller blind...).

The apartment is quietly situated in a building surrounded with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool right next to the sea. There is a wooden walkway on the beach that goes for many kilometers to the right (to the nice fishing village of Cabopino) and to the left (for example to the beautiful beach of La Cala with its white sands)

Possible excursions include Cordoba, Granada, Sevilla, Malaga, Ronda, the white villages etc. In 2 weeks you will hardly have enough time to see all you will want to see in the region - also because you will want to pass some time in the apartment...

There are beach bars (with sun chair renting) in walking distance.

There are always enough public parking places right next to the building. A renting car is recommended.

There is a barbecue on the lower terrace, a washing machine, a shower and sun chairs on the top terrace.

Wifi, TV, electricity and cleaning fees are included.

Why Baerbel chose Mijas area

You will love this place because of the noises of the sea, that you hear all day long and the gorgeous views from the two terraces. You just go downstairs and you are right on the beach, where you can walk on the new walkway in both directions and swim, play in the sand and eat in one of the "chiringuitos".

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location.

La vue qu'offre l'appartement et l'emplacement sont exceptionnels.

Le logement est vaste, très agréable, propre et très bien équipé. La literie notamment est de bonne qualité.

La promenade en bois en contre bas de l'appartement offre la possibilité de rejoindre les plages et les restaurants de bord de mer très facilement.

Nous vous recommandons vraiment d y séjourner.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen (um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen), hat Charme und ist direkt am Meer im 2. Stock mit einem schönen Balkon (noch einen im Obergeschoss, den wir aber nie genutzt haben). Alles hat geklappt von Anfang bis Ende, die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber. Können sie also nur weiterempfehlen, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
