New home in the heart of the island well connected.

Two-storey house in the heart of the island. Distributed first floor: large living room kitchen, bathroom, laundry and terrace. The second floor: three bedrooms, two bathrooms and terrace.

Possibility of garage on ground floor.

Very bright and spacious house in the old town of Inca.

Located in the old town of Inca. Quiet area of ​​houses next to the main city services.

Inca is a small town known for hosting major leather factories, traditional taverns and its wonderful cake.

The city is located in the center of the island.

Equidistant from the best places to visit.

A 20 km of the best beaches on the island: Alcudia, Pollensa and Formentor ... A 20 km from Palma and Manacor ... A 15 km from the Sierra de Tramuntana: LLuch, Caimari, Binibona ...

Excellent Accommodation - Highly Recommended

The house is a three storied property located in the centre of Inca. It has been fully rebuilt by the present owner & she has clearly put in a lot of effort to provide outstanding accommodation. The standard of finish & attention to detail is excellent. The ground floor has a double garage & an entrance leading to the open plan air-conditioned lounge / Kitchen / Dining area. There is also a WC & a separate utility room which is accessed from the delightful terrace.

Upstairs there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate bathroom. The accommodation was clean & comfortable. Inca is a central location to see the island from. The apartment is a good location to visit the centre of Inca from. It is a short walk to the shops & to cafes & restaurants.

The owner showed us around when we arrived & took time to suggest good places to visit.

The only draw-back was that there was no kettle to make a cup of tea, but we survived...

The accommodation is even better in reality than suggested by the excellent photographs. Please note that the parking is an extra €10 per night but it is worth it as parking is difficult in the centre of Inca.

modern und zentral gelegen

Es handelt sich um ein komplett im Loftstil renoviertes Stadthaus. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war nett und unkompliziert. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten problemlos und sorgten für erträgliche Temperaturen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist als ausreichend zu bezeichnen (Gewürze waren leider nicht vorhanden). Die in der Beschreibung aufgeführte, im Haus integrierte Garage, wird gegen nochmalige Bezahlung (10 Euro pro Tag) zur Verfügung gestellt. Dies war aus der Beschreibung so nicht ersichtlich. Wir haben darauf verzichtet und täglich einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gesucht und auch gefunden. Deutsche Fernsehprogramme sind nicht zu empfangen. Supermärkte (Lidl, Aldi ect.) und Bäckereien sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lautstärke steigt, aufgrund der südländischen Lebensweise und der Stadtlage, gegen Abend/Nacht deutlich an.

Der Aufenthalt ist zu empfehlen.

Tal y como se describe en la página. Casa espaciosa, bonita y limpia, con todas las comodidades y nada supérfluo. La atención por parte de los dueños estupenda, amables y serviciales en todo momento. Han sido unas magníficas vacaciones familiares.

A 20-minute drive found the Tramuntana mountains with the Monastery of Lluc.

The capital is a 25-minute drive away.
