The apartment is absolutely perfect! The location is great, few meters till the beach, near you can find a supermarket and many restaurants. Despite the apartment located near the busy street with restaurants and walking vacationers, it is very quite in the apartment. The apartment was clean and renovated, the furniture was new, and in general there all details were carefully elaborated! There was everything that can make your stay comfortable. It is very important, that you will have the own parking in the garage! When we arrived, the wine and local oranges had been left for us, it was very pleasant. Louis and Aubrey are nice people. Louis all the time quickly replied messages, gave some advice and recommendations. All in all, everything was amazing! The apartment produced pleasant impression. Thank you very much!

Just what we were looking for

We arrived at the apartment in the morning so were expecting to have to wait a few hours to gain access but we were met by Aubrey who took us to it straight away. This is a lovely apartment. We found it very spacious for the 2 of us and it is very well presented and decorated. It has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday and it located in the heart of the resort with all amenities close by. A minute walk takes you to the main promenade, steps to the beach, shops, bus stop, bars, restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. There is also a nice size balcony with a good view of the sea. Would definitely recommend.

Estancia en Praia da Rocha

La estancia en el apartamento fue excepcional, tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas. buena ubicación, al lado de la playa con numerosos bares y supermercado en los bajos de edificio, totalmente equipado, aire acondicionado, menaje completo (incluso batidora), televisión por cable ( para los dibujos del pequeño) , una terraza para las cenas o comidas y con sol solo en la mañana y fresca a la hora de comer y por la tarde lo cuál se agradece y garaje esencial, porque hay zona azul todos los días.

Si hay algo que debe mejorar es el cierre de la terraza, al ser de barrotes teniamos miedo que nuestro niño trepará, lo solucionamos bloqueando la puerta del salón y los barrotes. Por lo demás perfecto, si volvemos al destino no dudariamos en volver a reservarlo.

La reserva es segura, yo estaba muy preocupada por el pago al ser la primera vez que realizaba una reserva de un apartamento, pero louse es encantador y aubrey y su familia tambien.

The stay in the apartment was exceptional, it has everything you would need for a great holiday. Good location, next to the beach with numerous bars and supermarket in the lower building, fully equipped, air conditioning, complete kitchenware (including blender), cable TV (for small drawings), a terrace for dinner or meals And with sun only in the morning and fresh at lunchtime and in the afternoon which is appreciated and essential garage, because there is blue zone every day.

If there is something that should improve is the closure of the terrace, being barred we were afraid that our child will climb, we solve it by blocking the door of the living room and the bars. Otherwise perfect, if we return to the destination we would not hesitate to book again.

The reservation is secure, I was very worried about the payment being the first time I made a reservation for an apartment, but Louse is lovely and Aubrey and her family too.

Excellent apartment,perfect location

The apartment has been recently updated to a very high standard.All the amenities are top quality and are above average for a holiday let.the location is spot on and the sea view from the varanda perfect.We are coming to the end of a 7 week stay and cannot find any negatives to comment on.We will definitely stay here again in the future.
