Arguably the Best View in Menorca right between Cala N Blanes and Cala N Brut

The Villa

Newly built Villa of contemporary design with Travertino Marble throughout

The property consist of 5 guest bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor living rooms, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a basement service area with staff quarters, wine cellar, laundry room, storage facility and parking for two vehicles.

On the upper floor, there is only the 50 m2 Master Suite with his and hers bathrooms/closets, a King size bed, TV and access to 100 m2 space of private Terrace with a spectacular view.

On the main floor, there is an independent Junior Suite facing the ocean with direct pool access. Also, there are two additional guest bedrooms en-suite with built in closets.

There is a large outdoor living/dining room chill out area with a Bose Music System controlled via Smartphone to listen to your own music collection or access a huge selection of worldwide music radio stations. Right next to it, towards the Sea, there is the overflowing swimming pool which features a diving platform, a waterfall and whirlpool jets. In one corner, there is safe children’s area with 50 cms of water depth and comfortable in-water seating while, in the other, there are 2.5 meters in depth just below the diving platform.

On the basement below, there another large bedroom ideal for children and the service area which includes staff quarters, wine cellar, laundry room and storage.

Location

The Villa is situated in the West part of the island near the city of Ciudadela right between to Coves (Cala Brut and Cala Barceló) providing direct sea access. There is also a beach (Cala N Blanes) 250 mts away with cocktail bars and a restaurant. The residence faces South and is well protected from the prevalent Tramontana (North) winds. The City of Ciudadela is a 2.5 km drive away with plenty of restaurants as well as the seaport.

For grocery shopping, there is an small convenient store 200 mts from the property which makes daily bread/croissants. About 800 mts away, there are several supermarkets nearby specialized in typical British groceries and 2 kms away the main Spanish supermarkets.

Activities

Upon request, there is the possibility to charter a boat for visiting the local Beaches

For divers, there are several diving centers which offer daily scuba trips or courses

There is an area nearby (aprox. 800 meters) named Los Delfines which features playgrounds for children, tennis Club, Gym, British food supermarkets, sports bars, pubs and restaurants

Services

We can assist customers with car rental, boating, restaurant, gym and other reservations.

There is a Live-in housekeeper in a separate service area for cleaning service 5 days per week.

There is Internet Wifi access throughout the residence as well as air condition for the Suites. For outdoor cooking, there is a gas barbecue and an exterior dining table for up to eight persons.

Logistics

During the summer, there are daily direct flights from London, Paris, Milan among others.

We strongly recommend renting a car to visit some of the islands beaches and tourist attractions to be picked up and returned at the airport.

On Saturdays, the arrival time will be starting at 6pm and departures on or before 10am.

The Property is available for rent primarily during the summer months between June and September.

A refundable deposit of 2,000 pounds will be required as guarantee for any potential damages caused to the property.

Absolutely beautiful, modern, spacious home with every possible amenity and breath-taking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The immediate neighborhood has everything needed within walking distance....grocery stores, restaurants and beaches, as well as miles of paths for walking and amazing cliffs for (very daring or casual) jumping/ diving /swimming in protected coves! A must add to your "bucket list"!

Very stylishly designed villa , luxuriously appointed with front row sea view 5 mins drive from old port in Cuitadella

Seb the owner does everything to ensure a great stay including a couple of days out on his boat. Nadia the housekeeper keeps the place spotless

We were 5 inc 3 teenage girls, Great days out to the virgin beaches like Macarella and Turqueta by boat, on Lilos in the pool and easy chilled out dinners in old town

Take me back!!

This Menorcan Villa truly is BREATHTAKING. The home is set between two beautiful Callas that can be accessed within a few steps from the house. Cliff jumping, cave exploring, swimming, sunning…all right at your doorstep. Then, there are the amazing views. How spectacular go to sleep each night with the light of the moon over the water and awaken to a view of endless ocean. There is also a lovely swimming sandy beach a few minutes walk with a restaurant and bar right on the sand, if you can bring yourself to leave the gorgeous pool. The neighborhood market (the owners knew our names by day 2) provided fresh, still warm croissants every morning and delicious Spanish Albarino, cheese, baguettes, prosciutto, etc. for our afternoon wine and cheese. Our kids loved having the independence to walk over and charge their daily snacks! The island itself is stunning. From the spectacular beaches and farms that surround you to the colorful architecture throughout the charming cobblestone streets in town, there is never a loss for something to do. The owner's knowledge of the island was indispensable. He stocked the refrigerator upon our arrival with requested items. Ask him anything, he will guide you in the right direction. Endless restaurant choices (paella!), shopping (espadrilles!), sightseeing (how about a Menorcan gin cocktail while watching the sunset from the Cliff Bar?) - all contributed to what was one of the most memorable vacations I have ever taken. I can't wait to return!
