It is situated in the middle heart of Madrid, in Gran Via between Plaza de España Callao and Puerta de Sol. It is also surrounded by many restaurants, theatres, cinemas, shops and different kinds of activity programmes for clients.

Our apartments are located in the best areas of Madrid center. They are in the heart of city so there are a lot of shops, restaurants, sights and tapas bars.

All the apartments are a few minutes walking from trendy spots, sights, museums and monuments.

The apartment is ideally situated in Calle Gran Via 73, wonderful views to Plaza de España, it is a luxury building renowned in Madrid, it is a 7º floor with elevators, 120 square meters, everything is exterior, close of the most interesting and important places of Madrid, Sol Square, Mayor Square, Royal Palace, 'Los Austrias', The triangle of the museums.. indispensable El Prado Museum, Reina Sofia, Thyessen ...you can visit Madrid on foot. Great location and lovely apartment!

We stayed at this apartment whilst visiting our son in Madrid. The owners were very responsive and flexible with check out time. The apartment was very clean and everything was as described. Location on Gran Via was perfect for being in the centre of the city.

Mireia is a lovely person and a wonderful host. She was easily accessible and very accommodating. The apartment is very clean and nicely equipped. The location is perfect. Most major attractions are easily in walking distance. We walked to Puerto del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, and El Parque de Buen Retiro. We were only there two days, but, had we been there longer, we would have seen many more places easily in walking distance.

Lovely apartment in excellent neighborhood near Plaza deEspana.

This apartment has spectacular views. It was clean, neat and tidy. Good washing machine, dishwasher and fast internet. Landladies are caring and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Being on a main street near Plaza de Espana means there is a metro stop steps away along with many buses and plentiful taxis. Lots of restaurants nearby. Supermarket in walking distance. A good choice with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
