In the prestigious Avenue Molière. Tastefully decorated in March 2015 by an experienced interior decorator, this one bedroom apartment is located in one of the best and safest areas in Brussels : The Molière area offers something out of common. It is the most sought after part of Brussels with its stylish restaurants, outdoor bars and boutiques and its handsome art deco buildings. Stores, pharmacies, butchers, bakeries, fisheries are all within walking distance. From there you can enjoy the shopping and touristic parts of the city without having to suffer from the noise and nuisances usually associated with crowded touristic places.

You may leave your car in my garage (free). Doors with remote control.

Brussels South Airport (Charleroi-Gosselies) : Bus TEC 365a (Avenue des Etats-Unis (devant Caterpillar) et descendre arrêt Bascule (1h29 de route). Appartement à 150m de l'arrêt.

Bruxelles Airport (Zaventem) : Train dans l'aéroport (ligne 12 ou 21) et descendre au terminus du train (Luxembourg). Dehors de la gare (quartier Européen) prendre le bus 38 (direction Héros-Helden). Trajet 18min. Descendez à l’arrêt Bascule. Appartement à 150m de l’appartement.

Comme presque partout à Bruxelles, le stationnement est payant, mais possibilité de déposer sa voiture dans mon garage (gratuit) pour tout le séjour (ouverture par télécommande). Documentation sur les activités du moment mise à jour régulièrement.

Great location, everything we needed

Great place with everything two people needed including some staples for cooking. Nice neighbourhood with supermarket, shops, and bus/tram stops close by (direct bus to central Brussels). Julien took time to show us everything in the flat and neighbourhood even the bus/trams stops and helped us with navigating to our next location. Bed was comfortable and roll shutters made the ground floor location very safe. Ability to park our car in his garage was much appreciated. Thanks for everything Julien!

We appreciated our stay, julien (owner) was very welcoming/friendly. The place was very clean and well located. Very easy to go downtown in 25 min with the same bus. Grocery close by foot. We recommend this place. Martin.

Beautiful apartment with all amenities

We loved our stay in Brussels, Julien is a great host. He even took time to show us the neighbourhood and best ways to get around. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything one needs for a short stay. Coffee, tea, herbs etc. are all available.

Bus stop is close by and the bus takes you directly to the city centre and train station.

Take Julien's advice and try the pizza in the nearby local italian bistro. It was delicious.

Owner's Response: I cannot imagine better public relations ;-) The restaurant is the nearby Pulcinella (at 150m). The best thin pizzas specialist in Brussels at the best price in the best location with a beautiful interior garden.

Very nice clean flat. Small but cosy. Totally enough space for 2 people. Very good area.

Great Location

This apartment was perfect for us during our stay in Brussels. It is within walking distance of both the bus and the tram. Also within a short walk are numerous restaurants and two grocery stores. Julien was very helpful, enthusiastic about the sights of Brussels and gave us lots of suggestions of things to see. He gave us a tour of the neighbourhood upon arrival and answered many of our questions. The apartment was very clean, is well maintained and had everything we needed. It was as we had seen it in the photos. We can easily recommend this as a place to stay and would stay here again if we were to return to Brussels.
