Welcome to La Céramique, an old industrial building from the last century, located on the banks of the Seine, near the springs. Various terracotta and enameled products were made there.
Today a place of relaxation and vacation, it has been completely renovated by its owner. Located in the Châtillonnais region in the heart of the future Champagne / Burgundy national park; La Céramique offers an ideal setting for extended holidays or weekends. Nature, Heritage and Gastronomy will be at your fingertips. In search of tranquility, sporting activities or many others, the site will meet your expectations.
The accommodation, with an area of 160 m2, is made up of 3 double bedrooms, one with a mezzanine for two additional beds, as well as a double sofa bed in the common areas (lounge / living room in Open Space), which allows receive 6 people in excellent conditions, increases to 8 people if necessary. You will benefit from a beautiful equipped kitchen, which will allow you a large autonomy for your stay as well as a generous bathroom with bath, shower and basin as well as separate toilets.
In the house for the rest of the year, we leave at your disposal, books, quality Hi-Fi and various personal items which we hope you will take great care.
Rare in our campaigns you will benefit from an ADSL access of excellent speed.
Animals are accepted within reasonable limits (max 2).
In the outbuildings, a room dedicated to linen will be accessible to you, as will the exteriors where you will be able to take advantage of the various terraces arranged around the building or on the island overlooking the river; as well as a natural pond decorated with colorful Koi carps, accessible for swimming in addition to the various places of the river near the property.
