The 4-star apartment is directly on the Marina in a pleasant building in Andalusian style, and has over 100 sqm. The main bedroom has a double bed & bathroom en suite (with bubble-bath), the 2nd bathroom (2 single beds) & a bathroom en suite, also a sofa bed in the sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 living/dining room with a covered terrace (16 sqm) suited to eat al fresco, with a wonderful view. Air-conditioning unit/heating, satellite LCD-TV & DVD player. Is has a swimming pool/garden for guests & underground parking for free.

Cot/High chair or child's bed available on request.

It also has business quality Wi-Fi internet connection.

Communal plunge pool open from June to September. Please note this is only a small plunge pool for cooling off. That means this property is unfortunately NOT suitable for families with children who want to spend their time swimming up and down a large pool.

Perfect apartment and location

Great,spacious apartment in the perfect location. It's the perfect base for the Sotogrande experience, walking distance to most places we like to visit. The host was friendly and accomodating, we would love to rent this place again.

The apartment was excellent. It was a large 2 bed apartment with all the amenities we could have wished for. When we arrived, there was a problem with the Internet access, but a phone call to the property's management had it sorted immediately.

We were very impressed.

Spent a long weekend at this apartment.

Lots of light, lovely view enjoyed the terrace.

Enjoyed walking to the local restaurants no need to use the car at all

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Marina

A beautiful apartment in a very convenient location, right in the heart of the Marina. It is light and spacious with a contemporary feel with high quality furnishings. Very well equipped so that you are able to feel right at home! The views from the balcony are stunning too. The owner and the on site manager of the property are very professional and attentive. something that is often missing when you book online. I will be back - again and again!!

Sotogrande is a major golf centre, with 7 top-quality courses in the town itself. Dozens of other courses within an hour's drive.

Yacht and sailing possibilities in the marina and sailing school. Catamarans can be hired at the sailing school on the beach.

The flat is only 400 metres from the Tennis Academy's courts.

Clean beaches with facilities. Great smaller beach 6 min's north by car. East beach 2 kms long. West beach 5 kms long with naturist opportunities farther along away from the crowds.

Windsurfing is not permitted off Sotogrande's beaches, but at Tarifa (40 mins by car) on the Straits of Gib. there is a top European high-speed wind-surfing centre.

Other sporting activities; Polo. Sotogrande hosts annual summer international tournaments

There are many self-catering shopping centres nearby by car (Corte Inglés, Mercadona, Lidl), local, small shops in Puerto Nuevo, and many bars, restaurants in the marina (Italian, Thai). There are more (also Chinese, Indian) restaurants in the picturesque port of Puerto de La Duquesa (10 minutes by car, RN 340 east). There are also large supermarkets (Corté Inglés, Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Decathlon) just before Algeciras (20 minutes by car.) Also local Blue Marlin non-food shopping mall in the Marina.

Sightseeing. Andalusia has a lot to offer. Ronda, picturesque old town perched on a hill, with Spain's oldest bullring. Moorish hill fortress at Castillo de Castellar, typical whitewashed Andalusian village at Casares. Malaga has the Picasso birthplace and museum. Gibraltar. Also day trips across the Strait of Gibraltar to Tangier, Morocco.
