Fantastic apartment with large private terrace and front sea views. Kitchen, air conditioning, fully equipped heating. Renovated and cozy. The building has an elevator and a communal gym. Two people sleep in master bedroom, double bed and a third person sleeps on a sofa bed in the dining room.

Located near the Santa Catalina: one of the liveliest and best restaurant in town areas. Plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs. Within 5 minutes walk you reach the area of ​​the Cathedral, the old town and La Lonja, one of the best areas of Palma de Mallorca, very exclusive shops (Loewe, Nespresso, Purificación García, Chanel, Dior .. .), restaurants, museums, attractions. Enjoy the city just walking.

Private car is not necessary, easily accessible by public transport, cycling, walking ...

Just one minute away you can walk / Skate / cycle along the seafront at the Promenade.

A kilometer away you can find the urban beach of Can Pere Antoni with a nice quiet chill-out bar.
