This apartment is part of a newly refurbished house converted into rental apartments, and enjoys a private outdoor area to give further options of relaxation to its tenants. This property is made up of a good-sized living and dining area, with a brand new kitchen designed in a contemporary style. The bathroom also follows the same modern ambience, and includes a convenient shower cubicle. The double bedroom is spacious and adheres to the rest of the décor, keeping the minimal feel throughout. The outdoor area is totally private for anyone residing in this apartment, and includes outdoor dining facilities and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining in the sweltering summer months.
St Julians is a popular touristic town in Malta, known for its many restaurants, pubs and clubs. St George’s Bay, which is just less 10 minute walk away from the apartment, is one of Malta’s most well-known beaches, offering crystal clear waters which are heavenly during our summers. This apartment is a must for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, with fun and enjoyment just around the corner.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
St Julians Initially a fishing village, later turned to a summer residence for wealthy locals and now developed into one of the Island's mostly upmarket and saught after residential resorts for night life and entertainment, especially for the youngsters and the middle aged. Within walking distance to Paceville, this village still retains some of it's old dwellings and boat houses. The small bay still shelters numerous coloured Maltese boats that are berthed here all year long. St Julian's derives it's name from the Patron Saint of hunters.St Julian is a village for all ages and walks of life.
The young at heart will enjoy nearby Paceville and St Georges Bay - this locality offers much to tourists looking for nightlife entertainment, including discos, bars , Casinos , numerous restaurants, cafes and other entertainment. The sea front from Gzira to St Julian's, which offers first stunning views across to Valletta and then open horizons, is a popular meeting place and ideal for walkers and joggers. St Julian's and Paceville are Malta's main nightlife areas. Picturesque St Julian's Bay, still used by fishermen, is lined with bougainvillea-clad cafés and restaurants. Inland from these coastal resorts lie some of Malta's most urban yet sought-after residential areas. Nearby Sliema and St Julians resort are Malta's main coastal resort towns and a heartland for shopping, entertainment and café life. They are also key commercial and residential areas with some of Malta's newest hotels and apartments. Sliema, once a fishing town, began to develop in the early 20th century as small resort for wealthier Valletta residents. Their elegant villas and town houses line the quieter back streets.

Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season. Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.
Alternatively, the reservation can be made via homeaway family site/s. Please do note that once this option is selected there will be a 3% booking fee added to the quote due to site processing fees.
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.
Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities
- 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.
Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much as desired.
Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be in
