Lovely apartment in a superb location

We spent ten days in this lovely apartment. At that time it was very hot, but keeping the windows open in the lounge and in the bedroom it was not too hot to sleep. The kitchen is very small but it has everything needed. It would be easier to use without the brick wall between the kitchen and the lounge. The location is superb. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are very close. It takes only about 20 minutes to walk to The Albert Hall where we had four Prom concerts. The underground station is also near. It was very nice to have breakfasts and enjoy warm nights in the balcony.

Great location and the staff we meet when we arrived were really helpful.

Our only issue was that the kitchen and bathroom were dated and the floating floor floated a bit much

Very Nice Property in Ideal Location

My wife and I stayed at this property for 11 days in June 2018. It has a lot to offer--it's spacious, has a full (if tiny) kitchen with a combined washer and dryer, the street was very quiet, and the location is second to none in South Kensington. The king size bed was very comfortable. There were also 2 twin size Murphy beds in the large living area that would be ideal for a family with children. We never needed them and didn't even notice they were there until we looked closely. We took the Tube everywhere. The South Kensington station was about 5 minutes away. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance, and a market on the corner has everything you might need. We had one complaint--there was an obvious pet odor in the apartment. It should have been clearly stated in the description so we could take this into consideration in deciding whether to rent the property.

A+ Location, Cozy & Well-Furnished, Responsive Friendly Hosts

Spent 4 nights in London at this flat with my wife and 2 children (10 & 13yo), and we want to give it very high marks.

The best things about it are:

1) the clean quaint upscale street within a lively neighborhood

2) lovely traditional London flat with terrace

3) very comfortable for cooking, relaxing, & sleeping

The hosts are extremely friendly and very responsive as we learned upon arrival with a small issue regarding TV/ internet hiccup, was solved quickly. Never had any problems with furnishings or appliances.

There are no awkward odors and nothing out of place to raise any questions.

Neighbors are quiet.

There was some construction a few doors down across the street - but nothing out of the ordinary of city life. They worked 8:00-17:00 sharp. I assume this would wrap up by late Jul / Aug '18.

Excellent choices of restaurants within minutes walk - especially liked Bosphorus Kebabs for takeaway at night.

Easy walk to either S Ken or Glouchester stations.

Would not hesitate to say here again and recommend it highly.

The flat was wonderful. Great home away from home to base ourselves in London for an extended stay.

The flat had everything we needed in an area which was so convenient. South Kensington has so much going on - transport, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, the museums. We spent a few days just exploring the immediate area. The flat was well equipped for a long stay and the process of check-in and -out was very easy. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The Boutique Apartment is footsteps away from the chic shops and restaurants of South Kensington. Fashion fanatics can spend hours trolling the designer boutiques and world-famous department stores of nearby Knightsbridge. Within walking distance of stately Kensington Park, the flat is close to the Victoria and Albert Museum, Natural History and Science Museums as well as the Brompton Oratory and the Royal Albert Hall.

South Kensington Underground Station (Circle, District and Piccadilly lines) is only 3 minutes away. Alternatively, the many buses along Brompton Road can see you into Central London in 15/20 minutes.

A member of our team will be available to check you into the apartment Monday – Friday until 6pm. If you arrive after 6pm or on Bank Holidays and weekends, there are two options: 1. You can collect the keys yourself from a safety deposit box located outside our office (SW6 2SZ) at any time for no additional cost. A member of our team will then meet you at 10am the following morning at the property to complete the check-in process. 2. For a £40 fee, a member of our team can meet you at the property outside business hours to give you the keys and check you into the apartment.
Should you need a transfer from the airport to the apartment, please do not hesitate to ask us for a quote.
