Wine house - Beaune

Former wine house in the Center of Beaune.
The House :
Ideal for visiting Beaune and the Burgundy vineyards, this old wine house is located in the center of Beaune, very close to hospices, cellars, restaurants, wine bars, theater, cinemas within 300 meters .
You have a wing of the main house. It consists of an entrance, a dining area with a fitted kitchen, a living room in the cellar, upstairs: an office, a large family suite with two large beds and adjoining bathroom , a single bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and toilet. It is possible to install a baby bed (travel bed) in one of the 2 bedrooms or a single bed (110) in the office for €30/equipment for the entire stay.
You access the garden via a covered passage. A summer kitchen opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool. Deckchairs line it. You can take your meals on the terrace.
It is possible to bring your vehicle inside the property in order to unload the luggage. A car park is located in front of the property for parking.
The rooms are all prepared and equipped. We can separate the double bed from the single room into two twin beds if you wish.
In the kitchen, you have the basic necessities.

The garden and swimming pool are shared with holidaymakers from the other gîte on the property.
New: a tasting room in which we can introduce our Burgundy wines. It will be made available exclusively to travelers. Pricing will be proposed when booking depending on the desired service.
We can rent a classic car for a trip through the vineyards or a reception.
