At the top of Skopelos Town, “Aquamarine House” is in the ideal location for those wanting convenience to town and amenities close at hand, as well as fabulous uninterrupted views of the bay and Skopelos harbor. Its situation allows for privacy while only a few minutes’ walk away -down the cobbled winding stairs- leads you to the backstreets of town. Here you will find hidden restaurants tucked away, intimate bars, quaint little shops and eventually the picturesque waterfront of Skopelos Town.
Parking is always available here and, although on the ring road that skirts the town, noise is not at all an issue at “Aquamarine” while rooms are designed to face towards the harbor and the quiet back garden of the property.n.
Its spacious rooms, quality furnishings and cleanliness are apparent immediately upon entering this Skopelitian home. The large paved patio, that adjoins the house, is the perfect place for enjoying the harbor views over al fresco meals and has plenty of room for kids to play. “Aquamarine LOWER apartment” is comfortably furnished to accommodate from 2 to 4 persons (plus 2 more in the living room), and enjoys sea views from nearly every room. The house offers two seaparate bedrooms, a full bathroom and a toilet. There is plenty of available on-street parking, since there are no close neighbors to the property.
This light and airy room is comfortably furnished with a comfortable 2-seat sofa, reading armchair and TV. Along an entire wall, there are French windows which open to let the sea breezes in, and offer spectacular views of the harbor below. An open pass-through bar separates the kitchen / dining from the living room area and makes serving drinks and food convenient.
KITCHEN / DINING ROOM
The spacious kitchen of the house is fully equipped with full sized cooker with oven, large fridge with freezer and microwave oven. Other added conveniences are a filter coffee machine and an electric kettle. Across a small breakfast bar is a large table with comfortable seating for indoor meals. Also, the kitchen is conveniently located near the door to the patio for easy serving of outdoor meals.
The private patio, at the entrance to the house, has a beautiful shrine and plenty of space for sunning and enjoying the lovely views to the harbor. A private garden, with plants and fruit trees, is located few steps below the house and runs the entire length of the property. The house is reached from the ring road of the town through a gated entrance which takes you down the stairs to the patio.
This lovely room is decorated in soft ochre shades and offers fantastic views to the sea below, from the full wall of French windows. It is fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers with mirror and a love seat sofa which adds to the romantic atmosphere. There is also a built-in wardrobe and it is en-suite to the main bathroom.
The second bedroom is accessed through the living room hallway and has two single beds, which can be joined if required. The hallway is lined with built-in wardrobe for use of this room and at the end of the hall is the main bathroom. The hall can be closed off to give privacy to this area of the house. The window faces out to the patio with potted plants and a beautiful shrine.
The modern, spacious and fully tiled bathroom has basin, w/c and a full corner bathtub with shower. It is conveniently located directly off of the master bedroom and down a private hall from the 2nd bedroom; a “Jack and Jill” type of bathroom with two doors, accessible from master bedroom and private hallway.

A small toilet/wc is off the living room.

2 PEOPLE OCCUPANCY
Please note that for 2 people occupancy (one couple) the master bedroom of the house will be prepared. The second bedroom will remain open, however the beds will not be made for sleeping.
If two people wish to occupy 2 separate bedrooms, the price differs and you should inform us in advance by email.
5 or 6 PEOPLE OCCUPANCY
Please note that for 5 or 6 people occupancy, there are available extra folder beds, which will be brought by the owners and placed in the living room area.
AVAIALBILITY FOR 10 PERSONS OCCUPANCY
Another possibility is that the "Upper" and "Lower" units may be booked together for larger parties up to 10 persons.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
"Aquamarine" is a two-storey detached house with two spacious and well-appointed apartments -each of them occupying an entire floor of the building- and a private fenced garden hidden at the back of the property.
