Steeped in maritime history you ll find a variety of shops pubs restaurants and even a maritime museum amongst the streets of Appledore. By boat you can travel across the estuary to Instow with its beach and sand dunes or from nearby Bideford take a day trip to the wildlife haven of Lundy Island. You can also walk along the coastal path to Westward Ho! a popular seaside resort with two miles of sandy beach. Other attractions to discover nearby include the cobbled fishing village of Clovelly The Big Sheep and the Milky Way Adventure Park. On entering this delightful bungalow you will find yourself in the attractive open-plan lounge/diner. The spacious lounge is a perfect place to relax with a Smart TV/DVD gas fire and superb views across the rooftops to the river while the light and airy dining area is ideally situated. Heading into the stylish kitchen you will find everything you might need including an electric oven gas hob fridge freezer washer/dryer microwave and dishwasher. Exploring further you will find two comfortable bedrooms: a double room boasting an en-suite bathroom with corner bath hand-held shower and WC and a cosy twin room with lovely views over the village. There is also a separate shower room complete with WC. Stepping outside you can relax at the end of an enjoyable day in the terraced rear garden which has garden furniture and a BBQ. The attached garage provides a small games room containing a small pool table and table football. Parking is available for one large or two small cars but please be aware that the driveway is steep. There is limited roadside parking available nearby.
