THIS APARTMENT boasts a lounge/dining room with new suite and dining table for 6, leading onto a south-west facing terrace that overlooks the pool and beach, eating alfresco is a joy, directly over the pool with a stunning view of the bay, you will enjoy the sun from morning right through to sunset.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed with fitted wardrobes. BEDROOMS 2 have twin beds which can be apart or pushed together to make another double bed.

The apartment has just been refurnished & nicely equipped, the grounds and the communal pool are very well maintained, the terrace over looks the pool with views of the bay of Son Parc. The beach is very safe for children and is only a 100mt from the apartment, there are restaurants and bars on each side of the beach, there is a supermarket 100mt away from the apartment and a 5 minute walk will take to the main shops, bars and restaurants.

Son Parc is a beautiful tourism area on the north coast of Menorca, in the midle of one of the most spectacular natural landscapes of the island.

The beach, Arenal de Son Saura, has one of Menorca's most important wetlands and dune system. West of the beach there is a completely virgin area that runs along the bay until you reach the village of Fornells.

Fornells Bay is ideal for discovering the kayak, windsurf or sail boats sailing in a lightweight, without forgetting the fantastic routes for trekking or mountain bike so you can also realizarse until the end of the Mola or by the area of the mountain El Toro.

And if you prefer a more relaxing activity, Son Parc tourism area also has the only golf course on the island of Menorca.
