Beach Dreams is the vacation home of the owner in the best resort property on Indian Shores - Beach Cottage II.

A wide white beach sits just beyond the oversize paver pool deck that is just a step off the unit's outdoor patio lanai. Perfect for families with small children and those who don't want to go up and down stairs. Sit on the sleeper sofa while the kids play at the pool or have easy access to drinks when the sun is hot while sunbathing.

Recently Updated inside and out: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and over 1300 sq feet. The master suite includes a California King, private walk in shower with bench and walk in closet. Bedroom two has 2 twins (rollaway twin in Closet) with a second full bath just steps away.

Great location

Our family had a great time at this condo in Indian Shores. We love this location as this was our 3rd time in thiis area. Easy checkin/checkout. Amenities were everything we needed for a week. Pool is a little small, but the ocean and weather were calm enough for the entire week we really didn't need the pool.

Perfect location. Condo was excellent

We loved location. Condo was great. Condo is one flight of stairs up. Parking garage is under the building. We left our beach chairs and umbrella in the car and picked them up on the way to the beach, so we didn’t have to worry about having sand in the condo. Largest pool deck in the area and right outside the sliding glass doors. We were never disturbed by noise or people being around the pool. We’d certainly go again, although we do like to try different area along the west coast.

Beach Cottage

Jim was an excellent host and was quick to respond to any questions I had. He even checked to make sure we were able to get into the condo ok when we arrived. The condo was on the first floor, which I am typically not a fan of, but it was very convenient to the pool area. The condo is mostly updated and nice inside; however, the washer and dryer as well as the master bedroom mattress could use an update! We also did not realize until we arrived that you cannot just walk onto the beach from the condo. You have to go down to ground level in the parking garage and use a key to unlock a gate to get out to the beach. Not a huge deal but something to consider! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and so appreciated Jim as a wonderful host!

Stunning sunsets

Our family had a wonderful stay. Property can't get much closer to the gulf. Beautiful sunsets, dolphin sightings and many beautiful memories made. Lots of amenities and restaurants nearby.
