Spacious 170 sq.m. one-level apartment with big covered terrace, 2 bed, 2 bath.

This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment has total area of 170 sq. meters, marble floors all over, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a wonderful 40 sq. meters. outside terrace used as a second living room all year round. Free WIFI internet.

Terrazas del Duque is a top notch residential complex in the southern Tenerife surrounded by 5 star hotels, a 7 minute walk to the beach of Bahia del Duque hotel. The complex houses a 24-hour store and a number of banks. No restaurants or bars in the close proximity would disturb your rest. Cleaning and change of bed linen is provided on demand at a charge. Parking space in the garage is included. The complex has a heated swimming pool with a separate zone for children, with 24C temperature all year round!

Terrazas del Duque complex is 20 min away from the Tenerife South airport or 1 hour away from the Tenerife North airport.

What makes this apartment unique

This area is simply the best in Las Americas and Los Cristianos. It is close to the Bahia del Duque beach, close to the La Caleta fish and seafood restaurants, close to Mercadona grocery store. A 5-star hotel area. A little green park is right in front. The building is new and modern. Heated pool.

Large apartment with parking

The apartment is large and has plenty of storage. The cooker has no baking trays and there is no microwave. The apartment is quite dark due to the dark coloured walls. This is not helped by the poor lighting.The hard basket effect sofa in the lounge is uncomfortable. The terrace faces onto a busy road. It is very noisy due to many buses and trucks driving up the steep hill. The photo shown of the sea view is not from this apartment! The main terrace is fully shaded and gets no sun so it is cold early in the year. The apartment would benefit from a dining table inside. The pool is nice with plenty of sun beds but the pool is cold and certainly not heated to 24 degrees as stated. The Terrazas del Duque complex is very large with long corridors and multiple lifts but it is well maintained and generally quiet. You can access the apartment from the garage using the lift. You can also use the lifts in the main lobby. The free WIFI was great. The underground parking was very good. We booked the holiday to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The owners had organised balloons and a bottle of bubbly on our arrival, which is very kind.

Toller Urlaub im luxuriösen Apartment

Die ganze Anlage Terrazas del Duque 1 ist extrem ruhig und sehr sauber, wirklich vorbildlich. Bei kleineren Nachfragen wurde an der Rezeption schnell und unbürokratisch geholfen. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, natürlich ist es da strassenseitig etwas lauter, aber m.E. absolut nicht störend. Den ruhigen Bauernhof im Stadtzentrum gibt es auch leider auf Teneriffa nicht. Näher am Strand kann man fast nicht wohnen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Svetlana war ebenfalls sehr nett und zuverlässig. Für den Familienurlaub mit kleinen Kindern uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Die verwinkelte Anordnung der Wohnanlage ist nicht störend, wir haben uns nicht verlaufen :-) Der TG-Platz ist Gold wert und der Zugang von der Garage zur Wohnung ist über nur eine Treppe zu erreichen. Alles top, gerne wieder!

Geräumig aber unbequem

Das Appartement ist großzügig angelegt, geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet, erfüllt aber die Erwartungen in einigen Punkten nicht! Es liegt entgegen den Angaben im 1. Stock, mit der Loggia direkt an einer oft von Bussen befahrenen Straße. Ein längerer Aufenthalt ist aus Lärmgründen dort kaum möglich; man kann aber z.B. zu den Mahlzeiten auch nicht ins Innere ausweiche, da es sonst keinen Esstisch gibt. Die Wohnlandschaft besteht aus einem sehr harten Korb-Plateau, bequemes Fernsehen ist unmöglich! Die Beleuchtung ist überall düster und ineffizient. Klimaanlage oder Heizmöglichkeit ist keine installiert. Die Betten sind bodennahe Futons von gutem Liegekomfort, aber für weniger Gelenkige beschwerlich. Der im Foto zu erkennende Meerblick ist irreführend und nur vom Nachbarappartement aus gegeben - außerdem wird derzeit aber genau dort eine hohe Hotelanlage gebaut. Der El Duque Komplex ist labyrithartig angelegt, der Zugang zu diesem Appartement ist nur durch die Garage und über zwei Treppen bzw. Lifte möglich. Der Poolbereich ist eher klein und ebenfalls durch verwinkelte Gänge und drei Lifts erreichbar. Sehr eingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

If you return the apartment in a disorderly condition, then a Eur 50 cleaning fee is charged, which is taken out of your security deposit.

Guests can opt for an additional cleaning service for an extra fee of Eur 50. Bed linen is changed and the apartment is cleaned.
