A French door leads to the balcony, just big enough for a breakfast corner and for admiring the sweeping views over the city. The flat screen TV has Freeview digital channels and there is a DVD Player. The flat also provides two fans for the summer and two heaters if it gets cold during the winter.
The good sized kitchen is bright and has good work space as well as lots of cupboards. There is a stainless steel electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer\dryer.
The generous size bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort in the same restful colours. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and good storage space plus its own TV. The second bedroom has twin beds and also has good built in wardrobe space.
The new bathroom has a fantastic shower, basin and a loo. The guest cloakroom off the entrance hall has a wash basin and loo.
