About the property

Stylish interiors with great personality. Warm atmosphere, not impersonal.

Spacious 2 bedroom flat on top 2 floors. The first floor includes a study, a shower room, an eat-in kitchen and a sitting room. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a jacuzzi water massage. between the 2 floors there is a large very private south facing terrace overlooking Westfield Park and the roofs of the houses in the next street. The terrace with a table and chairs is perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or drinks. This is the jewel of the flat which is full of personality. It has been refurbished completely 8 years ago to very high standard by an Italian architect. The floor is wooden throughout and the kitchen has marble tops, hand made tiles, an antique dining table and double fridge and freezer. The second bedroom has got a bunk bed as it sleeps our children but the sitting room sofa turns into a king bed if more than 2 adults want to stay. The double bedroom has got an ensuite bathroom with bidet. The flat is extremely bright and very well exposed to light and sun. It is one of 2 flats inside a terraced house. The other flat is on the ground floor so there is a great sense of privacy very similar to living in a house. Children are welcome.

We live in this home. We love this area as we have 2 children who were born here and the area is very quiet, safe and offers very nice open air activities for kids. I take great care of my home and like it to reflect personality. I work in the interior manufacture sector and each detail is chosen to be personalised. You will not find my home a common, standard home. When you are here we will not be around. We will prepare the home for you by putting our personal items away.

My property is our main home. It has therefore more than a guest needs, including children toys and books. It is a warm home as I made it welcome for ourselves.

What makes this apartment unique

The price for staying is low compared to property of this size in Chelsea. This is because I target guests who just come as a couple. I do not try to attract families necessarily because I want my home to be well treated and look after.

This is smaller with toilet, sink and shower. Walls tiled in stone and cabinet below the sink. This also serves guests who would sleep on sofa bed in sitting room.

Notes:
Chelsea is part of Kensington and Chelsea borough. This borough is one of the richest boroughs in London and this is noticeable also in the way public spaces are kept. The parks are perfect! Westfield Park is on the same road, few doors away. This park is very well kept and includes 2 playgrounds. 1 for babies and toddlers, 1 for older children. On Lots Road, 3 minutes away by foot, there is Cremorne Gardens. Along the Thames and next to the rowing school. This is perfect for pick-nic in the warm weather. Here children love the water games. They work when a round patch is pushed by jumping on it. The water feature is turned off in the winter and in the summer after 6.30pm. If you like a long walk or bike rides or some rowing in a bigger park, Battersea park is just on the other side of the spectacular Albert bridge. Here you have quite a rare option for London residents: river transport. You can walk to the Chelsea Harbour peer and take a boat to central London or outwrds

Wonderful home away from home

Lovely home with all the amenities in this Chelsea neighborhood with convenient bus/underground/river access, complete with excellent pub 3 doors down makes for a homey London getaway. We were very happy to be slightly away from the crowds of Central London during the Christmas holiday, Thanks so much for the memories!

Great location in a stylish, cosy property

This is a perfect location in the heart of Chelsea on a quiet residential street. There are many places to eat out nearby as well as being very close to the River Thames. The property is well maintained and very comfortable with plenty of space. Our kids really enjoyed staying there too as it's very child friendly. Evenings on the terrace were a definite highlight. Highly recommended.

For those who love interior design the Chelsea Harbour Design Centre is a must at 4 minutes walking distance. More than 100 show rooms exhibiting the latest design in fabrics, wall papers, furniture, lighting, carpets, fittings etc..The centre is a very relaxing place to go and a cafe' inside the central dome allows more enjoyment. It is accessible all night long even when showrooms are closed, but you can still wacth the windows. The LOTS ROAD Auction House is at 2 minutes walking distance and Sunday auctions are really interesting to attend. Unusual British objects are often for sale. Very interesting.
