3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Town House With Roof Terrace Close to the Beaches.

Casa Tres is a classic Spanish patio house, situated in the old part of Vejer de la Frontera, on a quiet, narrow, cobbled lane. The area is residential and quiet and peaceful.

The entrance door leads into a large and very well and newly furnished sitting/dining room. There are a three seater sofa and three armchairs with coffee table, and solid wood shelving with a new flat screen TV and a Blue Ray DVD player in the corner. Not to forget the large selection of DVDs in English, German and French, for both grown-ups and children. Internet & Wi-Fi are available to guests free of charge - Wi-fi reception is good throughout the house.

The dining area has a solid wooden table for four that folds out to seat up to eight people, with matching chairs.

A brick archway leads into a brand new modern and well equipped kitchen with a marble work top, plenty of storage area, a new hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave and a toaster, electric kettle, and a Kenwood food processor.

The marble floored and traditionally tiled staircase leads past the first bathroom to the second floor, where you find the second bathroom and the four bedrooms.

The first bathroom has a bath with shower curtain, a wash basin, a w.c., a bidet, and a mirror wall cabinet. The second bathroom is similarly equipped but has a glass walled walk-in shower rather than a bath.

Bedroom 1 has a good size double bed, an armchair, bedside tables with lamps, built-in wardrobes, and french doors with a juliet balcony looking out over the cobbled lane and the town.

Bedroom 2 is the same but without the armchair, with a window looking east over parts of the old town and countryside.

Both double bedrooms have brand new, quiet ceiling fans with hand-controlled remote units.

Bedroom 3 has a full size Ikea metal bunk bed, a built in wardrobe, and french doors with a juliet balcony looking out over the cobbled lane and the town.

The staircase goes up further to the third floor. The large terrace room has a fridge to keep those cold drinks handy for the roof terrace, the washing machine, a sink, and a wall storage unit with plenty of wine and beer glasses for use outside. You can also use the terrace room as a single bedroom, as an alternative to the bunk bed on the first floor. The terrace room has a comfortable sofa bed.

A steel door leads out to the large roof terrace. From there you have an all round view over the town and countryside. The roof terrace is equipped with a large table and chairs and a bench for al fresco dining, and has several sun loungers. There is also a new Weber BBQ for use on the terrace, and a large sun umbrella when a bit of shade is what you need.The house itself is a no-smoking area, but guests are free to smoke on the roof terrace.

Casa Tres is ideal for the larger family, or two couples with children. It is 15 driving minutes away from Spain's most beautiful beaches, all South-West facing and never over-crowded. Vejer itself has gained a reputation for an innovative cuisine in recent years and within easy walking distance of the house there are numerous restaurants and bars.

Gibraltar, Cadiz, Jerez and Sevilla are all within easy reach for day trips and excursions.

Although Casa Tres is an old town house it is modern and light inside and well equipped. There is a private, walled-in shared car park at the back of the house, a very important asset during the summer season when the town is very busy and car parking difficult everywhere..

Casa Tres has been newly renovated and equipped. All the furniture in the house and the roof terrace, beds, and kitchen equipment are brand new (2015). The house has come on the market for letting in March 2015.

Great house in a great location

This is a great house in a faboulous location within the beautiful Old Town of Vejer. Arranged over 3 floors, the place is well equipped with everything you will need for your holiday stay.

There are nice touches such as plenty of kitchen equipment, a new BBQ, beach chairs and umbrellas as well as fresh tea/coffee/oil/herbs etc.

Everything was clean when we arrived and the welcome from the Agent was very friendly. We had a issue with the gas for the hot water and she was with us within 10 minutes of the call. Plenty of good information in the welcome book regarding the house, the town of Vejer and the surrounding area plus the owner was very quick to respond to questions during the booking process and provided very good directions.

It's very useful to have your own parking space in Vejer but beware the entry to this, it's not the easiest place to enter and leave!
