HUTG-018113 This two-storey townhouse, located in a quality residential complex, is a perfect option for families looking for a quiet and pleasant environment to enjoy large spaces with gardens and communal pool. The house is part of a group of 22 units sharing beautiful gardens and pool.

The house is on two floors with private gardens to the front and back of the house. On the ground floor there is a lounge with fireplace that looks out onto private gardens and well-equipped with all necessary utensils. Upstairs are two bedrooms (both with TV) and a bathroom.

The private front garden has a BBQ and the backyard has a table with chairs and 2 sun loungers to enjoy the sun in the summer. This garden has direct access to the pool.

There is an outdoor parking for the exclusive use of the guests.

NOTE: The property does not accept groups of young people.

Muy correcto, zona tranquila y urbanización muy bien cuidada

La casa es bastante correcta. Los únicos inconvenientes han sido que faltara microondas, productos básicos de limpieza y que las toallas se paguen a parte. El sofá cama era bastante cómodo pero le faltaba algo de limpieza. La piscina a escasos metros de tu propio jardín hacía muy fácil su uso. En general es un sitio que repetiríamos y en el que hemos estado a gusto.
