About the property

Alfalfa Terrace is a newly renovated and furnished duplex penthouse. The apartment has been renovated and a new apartment has been made, with all the comforts and accessories.

On the first floor there is the modern outdoor living room, a completely new and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, also exterior, both with beds of 1.90 x 90. In addition there is a second full and independent bathroom, also with shower.

On the second floor there is another bedroom (the third), this one with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90, and the exit on the same level to a beautiful and large private terrace where you can enjoy the climate of Seville, the sun and all equipped with garden furniture.

San Juan is a small street that begins in the Plaza de la Alfalfa, a very lively and cheerfully place in the center of Seville. It is made up of a large number of shops, shops (some supermarket) and bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best cuisine in the city. The Plaza de la Alfalfa is famous for being a child’s play, because being pedestrian and without cars, it is usually to see children playing with their parents or between them, in the neighourhood, every day. Undoubetdly, an area and a place where you can feel and enjoy Seville to the fullest.

It is also a few meters from the famous Plaza and Church of El Salvador, City Hall, and a few minutes from the Cathedral. the Giralda and the Alcázar.
