About the property

Beach front close to Ushuaia apartment is located in the heart of Playa D'em Bossa. It is just 2 km from Ibiza town and 2 km from the airport. It is placed in a very nice zone well served by restaurants, bars as Tantra cafe, shops and very close to the famous clubs Space, Bora Bora and Ushuaia.

This apartment has two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a living room with an extra bed (i can add one more bed to accomodate till 6 persons total) and fully equipped kitchen with american bar. Two bathrooms with a tub and shower. Balcony is overlooking the sea.

A large community swimming pool is in the building.

1.- Si Vd. esta interesado en arrendar dicho inmueble, debe saber que para proceder a su reserva debe firmar un contrato de arrendamiento de temporada especial con el importe del alquiler y las fechas correspondientes. Este contrato de arrendamiento se rige por la normativa aplicable a los arrendamientos para uso distinto del de vivienda, conforme a lo dispuesto en los art. 3, 4.1, y 4.3 de la Ley 29/1994 de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU).

2.- El presente contrato  se otorga conforme a lo establecido en la Ley 29/1994, de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos y se regirá por lo libremente pactado en el presente contrato, y en todo lo no recogido en el mismo, por lo determinado en el Título III de la citada Ley, y supletoriamente por lo dispuesto en el Código Civil. y en ningún caso están sujetos a la Ley 8/2012, de 19 de julio del turismo de las Illes Balears.

3.- El arrendador de dicho inmueble no ofrece los siguientes servicios, en cumplimiento a las leyes anteriormente citadas:

a) Limpieza periódica de la vivienda

b) Ropa de cama, lencería, menaje de casa en general y resposición de estos.

c) Mantenimiento de las instalaciones

d) Servicio de atención al publico en horario comercial.

Vue magnifique mais c'est tout. Attention clim ne fonctionne pas wifi non plus! Obliger de dormir fenêtre ouvert et du coup cambriolage assuré ils vous gaz pour vous mettre KO. Prestation très médiocre.

Owner's Response: This is the "usual" unpleasant guest who doesn't behave good and even tries to waste the popularity pur place has. FIRST OF ALL: you have been unlucky to find the ONLY days during which airconditioning was not working, and internet issue was due to a problem with the central router: this was fixed in a few hours. AS FOR THE MUSIC/NOISE: Were you aware you had booked in the beating heart of Ibiza nightlife? You cannot expect listening to birds singing at morning in Playa d'en Bossa! Also, I'm pretty sure this bad review - we have dozen wonderful reviews in other websites - is due to the fact that you didn't accept the fact you even LOST THE KEYS and had to refund the cost. We are still waiting for you as a guest in some of our apartments, but hoping you will be a good guest this time We have hundreds satisfied guests and still want to go ahead this way
