Victoria Boulevard is an exclusive, private development of townhouses and apartments located amidst beautifully landscaped gardens, with two swimming pools, a separate children’s pool and play area. The five star Hotel Tivoli Victoria is at the end of the Boulevard, featuring an award winning wellness centre and spa, and a shopping arcade. Vilamoura’s colourful marina and the Blue Flag Falésia beach are a 5 minute drive away. The magnificent, Arnold Palmer designed Oceanico Victoria Golf Club is on the doorstep, with Millennium and Laguna courses close by.

Victoria Boulevard is a great choice for a family holiday or a short golf break at any time of the year. Vilamoura’s vibrant marina is one of the Algarve’s best loved spots for an evening spent strolling past chic boutiques and luxury yachts, or enjoying a cool drink or open-air dining in one of many splendid bars and restaurants offering a superb variety of Portuguese and international cuisine, including locally caught fish and shellfish. There is also Vilamoura’s famous casino for outstanding shows and of course the chance to try your luck in the gaming rooms.

This classically elegant, three-bedroom, duplex townhouse blends contemporary quality with Portuguese design styles. The spacious and sun-filled lounge-dining room opens onto a large terrace area furnished with table and chairs, ideal for al-fresco dining with a built in barbecue area and sink, and has glorious views out of the local area and towards the golf course. The lounge is a mixture of soft creams and washed woods and has a flat screen TV. A fully fitted kitchen is located beside the dining area, and leads out into a large enclosed utility area which houses the washing machine.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with private en suite with walk in shower and sliding patio doors opening out onto the shared terrace from the lounge. There is also a WC and direct access to an underground car parking area from the townhouse. Upstairs there are two beautifully decorated, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The master double bedroom leads out onto a large balcony overlooking the terrace below and the twin bedroom overlooks the interiors of the complex. There is air conditioning/heating in all rooms. This house can sleep 6 but can accommodate up to 8 people with a sofa bed (suitable for two children or one adult).

Vilamoura is 2.5 miles from the apartment and the nearest supermarket and restaurant is 1 mile away. Vilamoura has 6 championship golf courses on it's doorstep. The apartment is within easy walking distance of Millennium, Laguna and of course the Victoria golf course, home of the Portuguese Masters! A very short drive will take you to The Old Course, Pinhal and Vila Sol.

There are many activities to enjoy in the Vilamoura area ranging from tennis, horse riding, water sports, including jet skiing, paragliding, snorkeling, water skiing, wind surfing, shark and marlin fishing. Carting, casino, 3 aqua parks. Quarteira (5 min drive) has plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and a market on a Wednesday morning. Vilamoura marina (5 min drive) makes a beautiful evening out for a meal, drink or shopping in the boutiques. Also at the marina you can organise a variety of excursions and activities.
