The apartment is situated in the Bahia Playa complex with very well-maintained garden and a large swimmingpool. There is a tennis Court and a childrens playground with swings and climbing frames. The complex is security fenced. The apartment has two bedrooms and a bright livingroom with a fireplace and access to the balcony, overlooking the beautiful garden and the sea. A few minutes walk will take you to Riviera shopping center with supermarket, bars, restaurants, taxi rank, cash machine and a Medical center. One of the best beaches, Max Beach, with nice beach restaurants and high quality restaurant, is only 5 min walk away.

The nearest golf course, Miraflores Golf, is 5 min drive away, and there are several other attractive golf courses within 15 min drive. Since the public transportation is very good, there is no need to have a car. Nevertheless, if you do have a car there are lots of parkingplaces available inside the gated complex. Riviera is an area that offers a wide range of activities: golf, tennis, go to gym, swimming, horse riding, shopping, bars, restaurants etc. The nearest town is La Cala de Mijas. Marbella and Funegirola are only 10 minutes drive away. If you like skiing, you will reach one of Europes best ski-resorts, Sierra Nevada, in two hours drive.

The apartment has air-conditioning. WiFi and many international TV-channels are included.

Bahia Play is a quite residential complex and guests must respect the community rules and keep noicelevel down during evening and nights. No parties are allowed!

Wonderful location

We had a lovely stay at this location. Every morning we woke up to freshly baked croissants and freshly squeezed orange juice from local supermarket, about 3 minutes from us. Our older son loved to go and buy all every morning as a treat.

The complex is very clean, with immaculate gardens and perfect pool for kids and adults. We enjoyed playing tennis in the evening too. Local beach is so close that if you forgot something at home there is no hard walk back. We loved some very long walks on the board walkways along the beach and tried different local beaches along. Also there is no need for a car as we only used busses and got to many places. Marbella is about 40mins one way. The bus stops are, again, hardly any walk from the apartment. So all is within close reach.

The flat itself has all you need, very cozy and pleasant. Despite the hot temperatures outside we only used the AC once.

We were a family of 4 with 2 teens boys( 13 and 16).

The apartment is gorgeous and in a very handy location - right beside restaurants and a supermarket and a 5 minute walk from the beach. The property is very clean and spacious and has everything you could need. The pool area is beautiful and there is a great view of the ocean from their balcony. Stefan and Kristen were very accommodating. Will be returning! 10 out of 10!

lovely place to stay close to the beach bars and restaurants

So relaxing and any questions were answered very quickly very close to Marbella and only 30 minutes from the airport if we come to the srea again this where we will stay

Fantastic apartment in a great location

This was the first time our family had booked a holiday direct with the owner and I have to say that the whole experience was absolutely first class.

Kristin and Stefan who own the place were very helpful all the way through the process, from booking and paying right through to arrival.

The apartment has two good bedrooms, well equipped kitchen (full oven, dishwasher, washing machine), nice lounge area with good air con unit. The balcony was in a perfect spot overlooking the pool with views out to sea.

The pool and surrounding gardens were immaculate, just right for getting the sunbeds out and relaxing on. There is a good tennis court onsite that you can use (we didn't use that as much as we would have liked as it was just too hot to play).

Local bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance and there was just enough going on in Riviera Del Sol to keep everyone happy, but without the anti social behavior you sometimes get in the big resorts. There was an Indian, Italian, Chinese, Noodle Bar and 3 or 4 other very good Spanish places. Prices varied depending on the quality but we found them all to be very good. There are also 4 or 5 small bars around the place that just do drinks.

For days out the apartment is in a great location, we visited Gibralter, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola and best of all was Mijas Pueblo which is a lovely traditional Spanish town up in the mountains.

The golf nearby was brilliant as well, from the apartment it is only a 10 or 20 minute drive to some of the best courses in Spain, we had 4 rounds while we were there. All were very good but our absolute favourite had to be Santana Gold Club, what a great course that is. If you need help booking golf and renting clubs I would highly recommend you get in touch with, their shop is in Cala de Mijas about 10 minutes away by car and they sorted the whole thing out for us, very helpful indeed.

So, all in all we had a great time and would highly recommend No 20 Bahia Playa to anyone looking for an active holiday in Spain.
