This rental apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six people. Fully equipped, it is located in a residential area offering direct access to the sea. The residential area is located in front of the sea and is surrounded by beautiful mountains and cliffs. The apartment is 20 m away from a sandy beach and many shops (supermarkets). The apartment is situated on the 8th floor and is served by two lifts. It offers a large terrace with views of the sea, mountains, the lake, and the three pools of the apartment complex (one for children, one for adults, and an Olympic one). These three pools are exclusively available to the residents of the apartment complex. In addition, the apartment offers an iron, air conditioning in all rooms, and TV with international channels. The detached kitchen with sea view offers glass-ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, tableware/crockery, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The beach is equipped with games for children and paddle boats (in summer). It is also suitable for persons with reduced mobility. The promenade is 10 m away from the apartment and it is well-fitted (restaurants, cafés, nightclubs, shops, bookshops) and animated without being noisy. A few metres away from the apartment building, there is a 5-km lane along the cliffs, which allows walking to the nearby cities (Benissa, Moraira). The Penyal d'Ifac is 500 m away from the apartment and offers high-altitude walks. In the harbour, located 500 m away, you can find organised boat trips to the nearby cities (Benidorm, Denia, among others) and deep-sea diving. The city centre and the historic centre of Calpe are respectively 1 and 2 km. They are reachable on foot along the promenade. The historic cities of Andalusia are about 200-300 km away.

What makes this Apartment unique
The accommodation is located in an animated area, which also allows you to enjoy a quiet and peaceful hideaway. It is also sits a few meters from the promenade. It is isolated and on a high level (8th floor). Furthermore, even in high season, one can choose between taking a walk and enjoying the atmosphere full of seafood restaurants. The isolated lanes along the cliff offer picturesque and quiet places for picnics between the sea and mountains.

Fantastic sea views from the balcony & kitchen. Apartment huge & very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. This is not a serviced apartment but this made no difference to us as the owner was incredibly informative & helpful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be close to the beach, bars & restaurants. Totally enjoyable & we can't wait to go back again.
Basic and disappointing
We arrived on Friday afternoon and had to make our beds then discovered no towels had been left, we were issued with 2 towels on Monday afternoon after I had made several attempts to contact the agent. I was later informed that the tenants are expected to take dirty linen to the office (situated in the town) in exchange for fresh linen. She (Rita) has been rude and unprofessional with myself and other family members.
The flat is dated and tired, the furniture (beds and settee) are uncomfortable.
The whole experience has been a negative one and the lack of customer service has been unacceptable.
My apartment is rented for around 5 years. This is the first negative assessment that I had. Usually guests are very happy with my representative on site and The person that manages my appartment is generally considered very professional and cordial. I propose a service associated with the apartment rental and not a hotel accommodation. I think that's where there was a misunderstanding. Towels are not included and the cleaning is not done when tenants are in appartment except when they request and for a fee. Generally, our gests rarely require this extra.

One of the best holidays in life
After a long trip to Spain, my family especially liked the rest in Calpe in the apartments of Aquamarine. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and well-ventilated. The view from the window is stunning from one side of the sea with another lake with pink flamingos. In walking distance supermarkets and everything you need. I will recommend the apartments of Aquamarine to my friends. We will definitely return there next year:)))

Muy buena situación
Apartamento con muy buena situación frente al mar y al Peñón de Ifach.
The seafront is about 3 km away and offers cafés, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, bookstores, playgrounds, and much more. You can enjoy a 5-km walk along the cliffs and have a picnic. The harbour is nearby and offers many restaurants specialised in seafood. The city centre is 1 km away (reachable on foot via the seafront). The village is typical, and visiting its centre a must. Rock climbing (and sports hiking) is available at the Penyal d'Ifac. About 200-300 km away, you can visit the Andalucian region, especially Granada.
