-Propertie Description:

This fully equipped and modern apartment is situated at San Pedro Marbella`s urbanization called "Arquillo". There is internet (ADSL) WIFI at the apartment. The apartment contains three full bedrooms. There are two bathrooms.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted out and contains all the Necessary machinery, cooking appliances, crockery, silverware and washing facilities.

There is a lounge with two couch-set arrangements and tv.

There is a terrace Which Provides spectacular views over sea, mountain style and a mature tropical garden as well as the opportunity for dining al fresco.

The apartment is situated in an urbanization with a large community swimming pool, multitude of flowers, shrubs, palm trees and private parking. The beach is only 1500 meters away from the apartment.

Within easy walking distance there are restaurants, clubs and bars. The town of San Pedro is a five minute drive from Puerto Banus and ten minute from Marbella.

Many restaurants are on easy walk away, some on the Paseo Maritimo and others, directly on the beach.

Shopping areas are nearby water sports are available just a short walk away and golf courses are in close proximity. Hiking in the mountains, playing tennis close by and strolling along the beach Either enable one to exercise or simply enjoy the sound of the rolling surf. The micro-climate of San Pedro is the World`s best, with the MOST sunny days, dry very agreeable summer temperatures and extremely mild winters.

The British enclave of Gibraltar is a forty minute drive. The Selvo Nature Park, a delight for the whole family, can be Reached in ten minute by car. The cities of Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Malaga, Ronda and quaint "white villages" such as Ojen and Istan, in the nearby mountains, Provide the most enjoyable one day visits. For Those Whose related snow is bent, the Well Known ski village of Sierra Nevada is only a two hour drive away.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment

Must say that I and my family had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment.

Right from day one, we were received by the gentleman in charge of the apartment Mr Santiago -a very friendly and helpful person- that made us feel at home.

The flat in its self was very comfortable and quite yet a few minutes walk to the centre of town.

We would definitely return to this same apartment.

Très Belle location

Très Belle location spacieuse avec ses trois chambres

Dans une résidence sécurisée et au calme située

a Proximité des commerces et du centre ville

San Pedro est une belle station balnéaire avec de belles promenades en bord de mer

Santiago le propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a accueilli très chaleureusement

Séjour très agréable de 15 jours du 6 au 20 août avec Marbella et puerto banius tout proche

UNA EXPERIENCIA MUY SATISFACTORIA

El piso es bonito, está perfectamente equipado y tiene unas vistas muy bonitas del pueblo, del mar,y de la montaña.Se llega sin ninguna dificultad, y además el propietario estuvo pendiente por si me perdía. Está al lado del centro, lo que nos vino muy bien para pasear y tomar un helado por la noche, sin necesidad de desplazarnos en coche. La playa queda a unos 15/20 minutos andando, pero en coche se llega enseguida y no hay problema para aparcar, es una playa que no está masificada y se está también muy a gusto. A todo ésto se añade el trato amable y amigable del propietario del piso, quien se muestra accesible en todo momento, para lo que se necesite. Para nosotros fue una experiencia muy positiva.
