"Beachside Bliss" is located at 606 Boulder Drive in the East Rocks subdivision located just off of West Gulf Drive, 6 miles from the Sanibel Causeway and Captiva Island. It is located in a friendly neighborhood with quiet streets great for walks and bike riding.

We are lifelong Illinois residents who were introduced to Sanibel in 2000 by our cousin. We bought a condo at the Sundial Resort for investment and personal use. In 2006, we purchased this home 5 doors down from our cousins, again for investment and personal use. It was completely empty, so we got to furnish it as our beach home but added features that make renters feel both on vacation and comfortable at home.
Retired 2 1/2 years, we use it during rental down times or when the beach-lover of the couple needs a beach fix.

"Beachside Bliss" is close to the beach, yet located in a residential sub division with quiet streets for walking. Residents are blend of full timers, snow birds and rentals. Since Sanibel has a 28 day minimum for rental homes, transient changes are minimal.

Sanibel Island is nature oriented and low key lifestyle. No stoplights on Sanibel, just a few stop signs. Local cops help at busier intersections during peak season.
