This Beautiful and Comfortable 1700 Square foot house is conviently located in the National Historic District. The quiet residential neighborhood is a four minute walk from the free shuttle, a five minute walk from the grocery, and a six minute walk from the center of downtown. Carter Park with a sledding hill and playground is one block away. Our stunning view of the slopes allows you to watch the sun rise on the Ten Mile Range.

Our PRIVATE HOT TUB is right outside the back door in our fenced yard.

About Connie Esch

My sister and I own this property. Our parents purchased the historic house on the west end of the lot in 1969, the year the Breckenridge ski area started expanding. The rental home was built later to accommodate our growing family. We remain seriously addicted skiers and backcountry travelers, and big fans of Breckenridge.

We love the town of Breckenridge for its many varied activities, and we love the ski area because it is so versatile and easy to navigate. We think our home is in a perfect location.

What makes this house unique

We love our home and we hope you will too! It is comfortable and easy to relax in. We have filled it with things that we know make a ski vacation work. It is removed from the bustle of the condo villages, yet close to activities for everyone. The proximity to the shuttle makes it easy for the teens to sleep in and meet us when they are ready. Our fenced backyard provides a safe place for the little ones to dig and tunnel in the snow.

This is our first time visiting Breckenridge. We came with our 1 year-old and 5 year-old. What a great trip! We saw good friends and celebrated their wedding. It was awesome to be all snuggled up and warm while we watched the snow fall. Your house is perfect. The boys were so stoked to find the closet full of toys. We brought none so it was a huge relief and tons of fun. We were Thrilled to find "the lending box." We packed for 70 degrees and were able to enjoy the unexpected snow because we had extra jackets and gloves. Thank you! This is one of our first real family trips that we will always remember. For the last four days we've filled this place with love and fun. Thank you for giving us the memories.

Great house, great location!

We loved the layout of the the house and the fact that it was so well stocked. We cooked most of our meals, we walked to town several times. The bedrooms are great and the separation of the bedrooms and living space is perfect for people who don't all sleep at the same time. Thanks Connie and Wendy!!!!

PS. There is a borrow box we found on our last day full of all the things you might forget. Such a handy gesture by the owners!!!

Excellent location, great hosts

We were in town with a group of 6 people total. The Snow Lover House was the perfect place for our group — super close to town, cozy cabin feel, and an amazing hot tub to enjoy after a long day on the slopes. Will be back, if available again!!

Perfect for the 9 of us!

The house had everything we needed, plenty of space for 9 people. Location was great. Easy walk to main street and the lifts. The stop for the free shuttle was very close, but just as quick and easy to walk to the slopes! Thank you Connie!

Perfect Location

This is our third time in Breckenridge and we loved this house. It had everything my family needed, including a perfect location close to downtown, plenty of space for a family with a mix of small children and adults. Connie was wonderful and very accommodating and made possible for our vacation to be filled with beautiful memories. We are planning our next trip and will definitely book this property again. Christmas to remember

Our family of 10 stayed at this location over Christmas 2017 and i must say we couldnt have picked a better place .

The house is within walking distance to the ski lifts as well as all the major restaurants and stores within the main town. The house was incredibly comfortable for us and had plenty of activities to keep our 3 kids busy for all 4 days. We will definitely be looking to come back here on future visits and stay in any of the snowlover properties owned by Connie!
