Elegant and newly refurbished apartment, ideally located for visiting Seville: 5 minutes walking from the area (Cathedral, Giralda, Town Hall, Alcázar, Guadalquivir river) and only a few steps from the shopping area with the best boutiques and entertainment venues , Leisure and services of the city.

It has 3 bedrooms (the main one, with bed of 200 x 200 cm and dressing room, the other 2, with both beds of 90cm) and 3 complete bathrooms (one incorporated to the main bedroom, with hydromassage shower). In addition, in the living-dining room there is a large sofa bed of 200x160 once opened.

In the large living room, you can enjoy several comfortable sofas and armchairs for your relaxation, as well as a large dining room with enough capacity for all guests staying. Your kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. The floors are of marble and all finishes and qualities are of the highest quality.

On the floor -1 is the parking, for guests traveling by car, at no additional cost. The property has central air conditioning hot / cold.

Surrounded by streets with orange trees, it is a pleasure to wander around, especially in spring with the blossomed orange blossom and with an extraordinary aroma through its streets. Your rest is guaranteed because it is a quiet street and no noise. At the same time, the whole area has innumerable bars and restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of services necessary to make you spend a comfortable stay.

To know and enjoy La Semana Santa there is no better place to stay, since all the cofradías run very close to the Epicentro Apartment. If you want to visit the Feria de Abril, you can access it with a comfortable walk along the river or with direct bus / taxi to the Fair.

Staying at the Epicentro Apartment, you can enjoy pleasant walks along the Guadalquivir River, taste the cuisine of its tapas bars or drinks, as well as visit the Bullring, Torre del Oro or cross to the other side of the river, known Barrio de Triana!

Absolutely Fantastic!

We can't say enough wonderful things about this apartment and Javier. The apartment is in a perfect location - close to all the tourist sites, while located on a beautiful, quiet, residential street lined with orange trees. The unit is spacious and well-maintained, but Javier made this our favorite place to stay on our trip. It is clear that Javier takes great pride in his properties and in accommodating his guests. He met us at the apartment and helped us park our car in the assigned parking spot. After walking us upstairs and showing us around the unit, Javier told us everything we needed to know (groceries, local attractions, restaurants), and left laminated copies of everything, including a map. Throughout booking, trip preparation, and during our stay, Javier responded immediately to every question and text. When we could not find the extra pillowcases, Javier realized the cleaning person forgot to leave them, and brought them over to us right away. We could not recommend this apartment and Javier more highly!

great choice in Seville!!

We stayed in this beautiful, clean apartment with our 2 adult sons and daughter-in-law in Nov, 2017. The set up was great with lots of spacious seating for together time and comfortable beds. The kitchen was fine but why cook when there were so many good places to eat? The apartment is beautiful and quite. The master suite was wonderful! Although we were all adults, this apartment would be suitable for a family with younger children too.

We took the bus from the airport and walked only a few blocks from the bus terminal. The location is good with a market at the end of the street. There were several restaurants in the vicinity and major sights just a short walk away.

Javier was a gracious host. He met us at the apartment to show us around. He provided a map with multiple of restaurant choices, museum locations, and sightseeing ideas which we found helpful.

I would stay here again if we return to Seville! Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in Sevilla

We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 nights we spent at Javier's bright and spacious apartment. He was there to greet us when we arrived, helped us into the underground parking and with our luggage. Javier had a local map with key areas marked on it and recommendations for restaurants nearby. It's a great location - close to everything, grocery store steps away, restaurants, shopping and of course the centre of old Sevilla. We would highly recommend this property!

Highly recommend! Great location and spacious, clean apartment

Very spacious, well kept apartment. Highly recommended! Javier met us at the apartment and took time to show us around and how to use the appliances, AC, garage etc. He went above and beyond, in terms of city navigation and tips on what to do and see! Great location. Nearby grocery store and coffee shops. We would definitely stay again!

Well situated, beautiful apartment

Beautifully appointed, spacious apartment within walking distance of many historic sites, such as the Cathedral and Alcazar. It is also close to restaurants and shopping. Javier was extremely helpful and accommodating. And added plus, the apartment has on-site parking.

Beautiful light & airy apartment

Javier was there to greet us as we arrived by car & took us down to the parking space, then helped us with our luggage up to the apt. He really was the most helpful & friendly host, showing us all we needed to know about the apartment, then going through with us recommended bars, tapas, restaurants, local supermarkets, taxis etc. He also helped us by making a restaurant reservation.

The apartment is very well situated for the many attractions of Seville with bars & restaurants close by but nice & quiet. Comprehensively equipped. Large light & airy living area. The Master suite is stunning. Would recommend without hesitation. Thank you again Javier.

It is also just a few steps away from the commercial area of ​​the city, with the most exquisite shops and boutiques, as well as all kinds of services (supermarkets, pharmacies, health center, bars, restaurant or shopping centers). The El Arenal Food Market or the El Barranco Gourmet Market walks in less than 2-3 minutes.

For the maximum comfort of the guests who arrive to Seville by car, they will have free parking in the same underground plant of the house. For the visit to the city, you will not need to use the car, given the perfect location of the apartment.
