Elegant and newly refurbished apartment, ideally located for visiting Seville: 5 minutes walking from the area (Cathedral, Giralda, Town Hall, Alcázar, Guadalquivir river) and only a few steps from the shopping area with the best boutiques and entertainment venues , Leisure and services of the city.

It has 3 bedrooms (the main one, with bed of 200 x 200 cm and dressing room, the other 2, with both beds of 90cm) and 3 complete bathrooms (one incorporated to the main bedroom, with hydromassage shower). In addition, in the living-dining room there is a large sofa bed of 200x160 once opened.

In the large living room, you can enjoy several comfortable sofas and armchairs for your relaxation, as well as a large dining room with enough capacity for all guests staying. Your kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. The floors are of marble and all finishes and qualities are of the highest quality.

On the floor -1 is the parking, for guests traveling by car, at no additional cost. The property has central air conditioning hot / cold.

Surrounded by streets with orange trees, it is a pleasure to wander around, especially in spring with the blossomed orange blossom and with an extraordinary aroma through its streets. Your rest is guaranteed because it is a quiet street and no noise. At the same time, the whole area has innumerable bars and restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of services necessary to make you spend a comfortable stay.

To know and enjoy La Semana Santa there is no better place to stay, since all the cofradías run very close to the Epicentro Apartment. If you want to visit the Feria de Abril, you can access it with a comfortable walk along the river or with direct bus / taxi to the Fair.

Staying at the Epicentro Apartment, you can enjoy pleasant walks along the Guadalquivir River, taste the cuisine of its tapas bars or drinks, as well as visit the Bullring, Torre del Oro or cross to the other side of the river, known Barrio de Triana!

Javier's apartment was perfect for us. A large master bedroom with a large bed plus two smaller bedrooms with 2 twin beds per room. Fully stocked kitchen, great living areas and orange trees outside the window! Fantastic location! Walking distance to everything. Coffee and bakery just down the street, supermarket practically next door. Excellent restaurants everywhere. We could not have asked for a better place. Javier was an excellent host, greeting us on arrival, showing us the free underground parking, explaining all the features of the apartment and recommending things to do, etc. One of the best self catering experiences we have had (and we've had many). Thank you Javier!

Wonderful stay at clean, modern apartment in fabulous location.

Javier is an excellent host and very available - he met us at the apartment and provided maps, info and recommendations for tapas, restaurants, nightlife, tours etc.

Apartment was spotless with freshly made beds with hotel style linen and towels. There is hand soap and makeup remover cloths in each bedroom but guests will need to bring their own shampoo and shower gel or soap. There is a hair blow dryer.

One note on bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom and bath was lovely as was a second hall bathroom with very pretty wallpaper. The third bathroom is small but serviceable. The other two bedrooms are totally fine but small.

Each has two twin beds and not much else. This would be wonderful for a family - we were just three of us my husband and I and our 22 year old son - so he had more room than he needed. However if you were two couples traveling one couple would definitely end up in a nicer room

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen but with a great place for coffee and breakfast practically next door and so many wonderful tapas places and restaurants we wanted to try we did not spend time in the kitchen!

Great apartment in an excellent central location.

We had a wonderful time in Javier's apartment. The apartment itself is really lovely. It's massive, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, effective heating (if required) and comfortable beds. The location is brilliant, it's in a very peaceful area and there's a supermarket, cafes and restaurants within a minutes walk and the Cathedral, Palace and main square are only a 7 minute walk. Javier is an excellent host, he met us at the apartment and gave us a tour showing us how everything works. He has also marked a map and done a list of interesting sights and recommended bars and restaurants. He answered any questions we had via whatsapp straightaway over the weekend.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Seville.

Great owner

Great comfortable place in a convenient location. Master bedroom is huge. The other two bedrooms are a bit small with little room to lay out your opened luggage. The unit is exceptionally clean. We paid an extra reasonable fee for the cleaning person to come in to clean our washrooms and replenish fresh towels in the middle of our stay. Thanks for the flexibilility of the owner, a great guy dedicated to your comfort during your stay. One recommendation for owner is to add English speaking TV channels like CNN, to cater to non Spanish patrons. Parking for our 8 passenger van in the underground garage is.a bit of challenge. But, the proximity to all the Seville attraction makes driving unnecessary.

Its extraordinary location allows you to visit all the architectural and cultural jewels of the city, such as the Cathedral and the Giralda, Alcázar, Torre del Oro, City Hall, Museum of Fine Arts or Archivo de Indias. It is also just a few steps away from the commercial area of ​​the city, with the most exquisite shops and boutiques, as well as all kinds of services (supermarkets, pharmacies, health center, bars, restaurant or shopping centers). The El Arenal Food Market or the El Barranco Gourmet Market walks in less than 2-3 minutes.

For the maximum comfort of the guests who arrive to Seville by car, they will have free parking in the same underground plant of the house. For the visit to the city, you will not need to use the car, given the perfect location of the apartment.
