1 / Presentation: The Riad has the freedom not to receive customers whose behavior is indecent and neglected, customers with noisy or incorrect behavior, customers whose behavior is contrary to morality and public order.
2 / Payment: We do not accept credit cards or checks, we ask you to provide cash for your payment. Payment of your reservation and taxes must be done at the time of your arrival. For the supplement are paid as and when.
3 / Arrival: We ask all our customers to complete a form, People who booked through a travel agency must provide their voucher printed upon arrival.
4 / Formality: For couples of Moroccan nationality, or couples of whom one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality (a foreigner with a Moroccan or a Moroccan with a foreigner) must compulsorily present themselves in addition to their identity papers and respect the law in force and must present itself with a marriage certificate.
5 / No show: is considered as the effective taking of the room.
6 / Access to accommodation: Access to your accommodation is guaranteed from 14:00. Housing must be vacated by 12:00. In addition, your accommodation is provided for a certain number of people: to ensure the safety rules of the hotel you must not in any case accommodate additional people.
7 / Reception: We will be on site at the time of your arrival to welcome you and provide you with all the necessary information for the smooth running of your stay, and during your stay, I will be reachable at any time on my phone and whatsapp in case of need.
8 / Cleaning: The household riad housing is made on request between 9 am and 16h with a supplement to pay, please notify us if necessary. Hooked towels are not changed, if you want to replace your bath towels, drop it on the floor or in the shower. These towels should not be used outside your home.
9 / Pets: Well trained and small animals (less than 10 kg) are accepted with an additional charge of 5 euros per night, the customers assume responsibility for any noise or damage.
10 / Minors: In general, parents are responsible for their minor children. It is forbidden to run, roll (skates, scooter, bike ...) or shout in the establishment, day or night.
11 / Meals: The riad does not serve breakfast, a private kitchen is at your disposal in your accommodation, all your other requests for meals will be on order with an extra charge.
12 / Tea room and terrace: Living rooms on the ground floor or on the terrace are at your disposal, either to wait for your accommodation that it is ready for early arrivals, or to deposit your luggage and wait for your departure time for late arrivals
13 / Visits: You can receive visits during the day, but your visitors can not go up to your accommodation, nor spend the night in your accommodation.
14 / Parking: The riad is not accessible by car, the nearest parking is that of BAB SBAA or the one at the entrance of the port, both are 350 m from the riad.
