About this property

Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado, THE LIFT is walking distance to the Quicksilver Chairlift, the Lacima Mall and all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The free shuttle and Town Trolley are located in front of the Village at Breckenridge. An outdoor swimming pool and four outdoor hot tubs are in the Columbine Recreational Center located about 50 yards from the building. A stackable washer/dryer is located within the unit. There is covered parking for one car with an additional uncovered spot.

The unit sleeps 8 comfortably, but has a very flexible bedding arrangement with 7 different sleeping areas. There are three full bathrooms. The entry hallway is equipped with ski racks which provide quick and secure access to your skis. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with cable TV and sliding glass doors to an outside balcony.

Amenities: The condo complex is situated on a quiet cul de sac. There is parking for 2 vehicles in tandem right in front of the complex. The unit is on the second floor of the middle building. Amenities include an outdoor heated swimming pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs at the recreation center at the end of this cul de sac. Main Street Breckenridge is only 100 yards away, so close in fact we could almost list it as an amenity with its shops and restaurants. Please call us and let us help you plan your ski vacation. We also offer our guests discounts on rental equipment and airport shuttle service.

OK, but could be Great

What worked? The location for mountain access and downtown was great, the condo was well cleaned before we arrived, the owner was friendly and helpful, Wi Fi worked and the Kitchen layout was excellent. What did NOT work? There were so many small things that were broken it was as if the ownership is not keeping the property up. Our lamp between the beds had two burned out bulbs, no gas in the grill, the towel racks in two of the baths had come off the walls, the fan in one bath did not work, two of the shelves in the refrigerator were broken, one of the chairs at the eating table was broken, the mattress on the fold out couch in the master bedroom sagged so badly it was impossible to use, the mattress on the lower bunk bed was in bad shape also, and the love seat in the living room sagged terribly. So, did we leave angry, not at all but we agreed this is an acceptable place that could be great with just a small amount of investment.

Very Nice Property and Ideal Location

They say location is important. Tell us about it. This condo is right in the thick of things. Close to the mountain and close to the town. The condo itself is great. Love the finished look with the beams and the wood. Love it! Really nice open format floor plan. At the center of the kitchen is a teardrop island which is a great place to gather. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to cook with. Just really a nice warm inviting place. Love it and will be back. Thanks Joy.

Great place to stay by the Mountain!

It was a pleasant stay right by the mountain, walking distance next to Quicksilver lift and Peak 9. The place was upkeep and comfortable and had all of the amenities such as TV, Wi-Fi, cook ware for when you want to stay in, etc. Also being close to the main road was a plus for times when a break from the mountain was needed and Breckenridge town could be explored within walking distance as well.

You get the best of both worlds when have a condo that is walking distance to the chairlift and town. The convenience of an easy trip back to the unit or the convenience of being to walk to town after a day on the ski hill. Then the walk to the hot tub and pool conplex is less than a minute. The complex is tucked in behind a hill facing the slopes so you get the peace and quiet without any noise from Main Street yet you are only a 2 min walk from Main Street and the hustle and bustle of the town.
