Traditional two bedroom garden flat in the heart of Pimlico, ideally located for major London attractions- Buckingham Palace, The Tate, The London Eye, yet calm and peaceful with a large outside space.

The flat benefits from its own front door as well as a large sitting (TV/DVD etc. And dining room (seats 4 comfortably and extends to up to 6 if outside chairs are used) modern kitchen with all mod cons.

There are 2 bedrooms, a large master bedroom that can include a cot and a second bedroom with either a kingsized bed (made of two different mattresses and set up on request only) or as a twin. There is also an additional high quality Jay-be guest bed that can be located in the sitting room or master bedroom as required, ideal for either an adult or child.

The two bedrooms are located at the back of the flat away from any traffic noise and with large french windows ensuring great natural light. They also both back on to a super garden area with dining and seating for four.

All our many reviews elsewhere share that this is an ideal quiet family accommodation for a trip or visit to London. Folk love the amazingly central location that means you can easily walk, cycle, bus or tube it to many of the best tourist sites in town yet return to a quiet, light, bright residential area with public green spaces, a library and a gym and excellent food supplies right on your doorstep.

Great flat, great location

This was a fantastic base for our trip to London. Comfortable, clean and surprisingly spacious basement flat. Close to tube stations and number 24 bus that seemed to get you anywhere!

We stayed for three nights and didn't want to leave!

Juliette and Simon were charming and extremely helpful in answering our questions.

Would definitely stay here again if we returned to London.

Great Location to see everything

This was a great location. We walked everywhere. Close to train station and tube. Place was clean and spacious. Ad said 2 bathroom, but it is only one bathroom, which was fine. We definitely would recommend for sure. Great price for place.

Lovely position and nice flat

The flat was in a great position - only a quick 5 minute walk to the tube. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Juliette's communication was excellent! Wonderful hosts :) I would definitely recommend to a friend. Thank you.

Great for visitors to Central London

Spent 4 weeks here when I first moved to London and now live round the corner. Family feel and everything as excepted. Easy access to Central London and all that it has to offer whether walking or using public transport. Friendly and really helpful property owners. Good size garden area to enjoy the outdoors in the warmer months. Check out Pimlico Fresh for great coffee, breakfast and lunch.

Lovely flat in a quiet neighborhood

Our family of 5 (including 2 teenagers and an 11 year old) spent 6 night's at Juliette's flat in June, and we had a wonderful stay! The flat is cozy, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having the large family room to relax in after our busy days of sightseeing. The flat is a "garden apartment" (what we in the U.S. would call the basement), but it had plenty of light with a large window in the family room looking up to the street level and a patio off of the bedrooms (like a walkout basement). It is in a quieter section of London, which was perfect for us after some very long busy days, but it was super easy to get to all areas of the city. The flat is about a 5 minute walk from the Pimlico Underground station and just a bit longer of a walk to Victoria Station. From there you can go all over London (and beyond). There were also several bus stations near by. Juliette was very good at communicating with us and made the "check-in and check-out" process super smooth. We had a lovely stay, and if we are ever able to return to this fantastic city again, we would definitely look to stay here again.
