Serviced apartment for monthly rental: fully furnished and equipped, quiet and bright apartment/flat (100 m2, 3BR, 2BA) in Eixample central location: Quadrat d'Or (Golden Square). The Quadrat d’Or is the part of the Eixample located between Calle Aribau and the Paseo de Sant Joan, around the Paseo de Gràcia.

Located in classic Modernist Eixample building two blocks from Paseo de Gracia, close to several metro, train and bus lines, and many shops and restaurants and municipal market de la Concepción.

outstanding location, excellent property

My family of four stayed at Eloy and Maria's property in the Eixample for about two months. They were excellent hosts and the apartment was absolutely great. It was clean, very bright, spacious, well appointed, and tastefully furnished. The air conditioning was highly appreciated as we stayed during summer months, when Barcelona can be sticky.

The location in the Eixample was ideal for convenient access to public transportation (buses, Metro, regional train) as well as several Gaudi attractions. It was in the city, close to all the food and shopping conveniences, but away slightly from the hordes of tourists. There is a nice market that is 5 minutes on foot for all your fresh food needs. There are several craft beer stores in the area, restaurants abound, and two superb gelateria's within 10 - 15 minutes walk.

The focal point of the apartment is the bright, living/dining room with nice furnishings. An enclosed balcony is attached to the living room. The windows can be opened to look down into the cute courtyard that is a common feature of the Eixample district. The large bedroom is spacious and nicely furnished. A smaller bedroom with two beds is great for young kids to share and the third bedroom is quite a bit smaller but still very comfortable. For a family of four, it was nice to have a full bath and a spare half bath as necessary.The kitchen has all that is needed to cook your meals and enjoy apartment living including fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, hot water maker, several different coffee making appliances, and more. The laundry room near the entrance with modern washer, dryer, and ironing supplies was also greatly appreciated.

My interaction was mostly with Eloy. He was very responsive to all our requests and made sure that the apartment was in tip-top shape for the duration of our stay. He gave us a great overview of the apartment, features, city attractions, transportation, and other information.

Great hosts, perfect location.

The hosts were responsive, courteous, and always willing to help answer questions as they came up. A decent kitchen that allowed us to cook for ourselves several nights a week. The location couldn't have been better: a quiet neighborhood that was not overrun with tourist (at least in February); a short walk to four different metro stations that gave quick access to every part of town; right between, and a short a pleasant walk to, both the old quarter and to Gracia; a few blocks from the 5th Avenue feel of Passig de Gracia; a block away from a massive and varied market full of fresh vegetables, meat, cheese, and friendly vendors; and a half dozen fantastic bread shops within a block or two. Just what we were looking for.

Very nice! Great location.

We had such a wonderful vacation in Barcelona. Eloy was so welcoming and helpful. He met us on the street, helped us with our lugguage, and even had snacks and wine for us when we arrived. The location was perfect for us and Eloy's tips for sightseeing and meals made our time in the city enjoyable. We would absolutely stay again!

The Perfect Home

Leaving this beautiful flat was hard! A beautiful apt with a delightful host. Eloy is very warm and welcoming. He greeted us and had wine, water, and snacks waiting for us. All of his communications before and during the trip were very helpful and informative. The apt itself is lovely. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect location for our stay and a great place to gather and relax between jaunts. We will miss our HomeAway in Barcelona!

You will not be disappointed!!

Eloy & Maria’s place met (and exceeded!) our expectations. Our group of 6 arrived after a long flight very tired and Eloy met us promptly so we could check in and nap! He even had prepared snacks and beverages which was so kind and made us feel at home. Everything in the flat was as described - comfortable, spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Best of all was the location - safe, close to everything we wanted to do and see, but quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Barcelona because of Eloys attentiveness and the wonderful place they have. You will not be disappointed!!

Perfect in Barcelona

My cousins and I stayed at this wonderful apartment during our visit to Barcelona. The hosts were wonderful, as was the apartment. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably and the location was perfect! Easy to walk to bus, metro, or just browse local shops. Would definitely stay again.
