Everything you needed.

We are just back from a 5 day stay (2 age 50 plus). We arranged for Javier to collect us at the airport and he took us back which was a nice, simple, friendly and cheap way to begin and end our holiday. He gave us lots of local tips about places to shop nearby and transport. We never waited for more than ten mins for the bus in to the centre (about 25 mins away) and all in all had a great stay. We like our accommodation to not necessarily be in the tourist area which was the case here. The apartment is basic but had everything we needed and was clean. As it was colder I only had two very quick dips in the pool (big sunbed very comfy) and we didn't need the air con (available in both rooms which would be great in high season). Malaga itself is a great mix of beach, city. culture, and fab food. Always felt safe and everyone friendly.

An apartment with everything you need.

I would highly recommend this holiday apartment. The apartment is situated in a quiet location but within easy reach to Malaga Centre and the Port area. When you walk out of the apartment you turn left, cross the road to the bus stop to the Centre of Malaga. The bus takes about ten minutes and costs 1.30 euro each way. If you turn right when you leave the apartment, within two or three minutes you come to; an excellent bakery, butchers, fruit and veg shop and a supermarket and pharmacy. There is also an everything you need shop which is extremely good value for money.

The apartment has a kitchen, sitting area combined, with a large television ( Spanish channels) we are in Spain! There is a very comfortable bed and a bathroom with an excellent shower if a little small. The garden is lovely there are tables and chairs, sun loungers and a lovely outside day bed, absolutely excellent. Whilst the owners

Iive next door and share the garden, they provide absolute privacy as they have a small garden at the back of the house as well. The owners are exceptionally friendly, kind and accommodating. They showed us a warm welcome, were there when we need them, and even provided us with some beautiful food. I consider myself to be quite fussy when it comes to accommodation and feel the need to be honest in my reviews as I use the review system to inform me when choosing a place to stay. This apartment is in a local spanish area, it is really good value for money, convenient, clean all in all a lovely place with lovely owners. We intend to come back as we had such a positive experience. Thank you to our very kind hosts you made our holiday extra special.

location fidele aux description

Idéalement placée très calme et proche de toute les commodités.Proprietaire à côté mais très discret et rend service à la moindre sollicitation (il nous a même invités à manger pour notre départ). Accueil génial. Nous retournerons à Malaga et dans cette même location. Merci à vous et à bientôt. Philippe et Laurence.

Estancia relajante sin salir de Málaga

Estancia muy agradable en el apartamento. Aunque no está en el centro de Málaga, tienes parada de autobús cerca, o puedes ir en tu propio coche en aprox. 15 minutos. Como ventaja a cambio, su espléndido jardín sin tener que salir de la ciudad; incluso en invierno, puedes disfrutar del sol tomándote un café relajadamente.

Javier se mostró en todo momento atento a cualquier duda o problema que surgiera. . Recomendamos la estancia, y sin duda si volvemos a Málaga, ¡repetiríamos!

Location agréable pour un couple

Partis en hiver, nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de profiter du jardin. Pour ce qui est de notre séjour, nous avons apprécié la situation de l'appartement de Javier, à quelques encablures du centre-ville, et la possibilité de découvrir la région. Notre hôte a été à notre écoute, nous prodiguant de nombreux conseils sur les opportunités culturelles, historiques et même ...gastronomiques du lieu. Par contre, il est à préciser que la location est prévue pour deux plutôt que pour quatre personnes (un lit à deux places et un canapé clic-clac). Il serait aussi utile de compléter l'équipement de la cuisine (fourchettes, bols, torchons entre autres). Mais notre séjour en Andalousie a été agréable, surtout que le temps a été de la partie.

Publicidad Engañosa

Un engaño!!! Vergonzoso, lo publicita como casa con jardín y piscina privada y resulta que es una casa dónde vive el propietario. Apreciar en un de las fotos del jardín con dos puertas y dos ventanas en la fachada, una puerta es el apartamento que alquila y la otra puerta es su casa. Las ventanas son también de él, visión del patio, entra y sale al jardín por donde tú estás, osea el patio... si esto es fuerte las únicas dos ventanas del interior de la vivienda dan a un patio interior que también es suyo: rodeados de ninguna intimidad. Es una falta de ética. SOBRAN LOS CALIFICATIVOS!!!

Owner's Response: Apreciado Marcos Lamento muchísimo que esa haya sido su impresión acerca de su estancia en nuestra propiedad. Me asombran bastante sus comentarios, dado que le di la oportunidad el mismo día de su llegada de devolverle su reserva si había algo que no fuera de su agrado, a lo que usted me contestó que no, que todo estaba bien...no entiendo como acceden a quedarse 15 días si tan malísima impresión tienen de la propiedad. Dicho esto, le diré que NOSOTROS JAMÁS ENGAÑAMOS A NADIE, y la prueba está en los propios comentarios que han ido dejando los clientes. Podrá ver que TODOS son positivos, tanto acerca del apartamento como acerca de nosotros como anfitriones, pero es evidente que nunca llueve a gusto de todos.... Aclarar que las ventanas del apartamento, efectivamente dan a un patio con jardineras, muchísima luz y tranquilidad absoluta que garantiza el descanso de los huéspedes dado que no dan a la calle evitando los ruidos de la misma. Evidentemente no es un chalet independiente, quizás ese sea el producto que usted debería buscar la próxima vez, aunque es muy posible que le salga un poquito más caro ... La zona de jardín y piscina, como usted bien sabe y así lo explicamos a todos nuestros huéspedes, es de USO EXCLUSIVO de los huéspedes. Nosotros tan solo usamos un lateral del mismo para entrar y salir de nuestra vivienda que es la contigua al apartamento y dos ventanas que dan al jardín, SIEMPRE están con la persiana bajada entera. Precisamente lo hacemos así en un intento más de garantizar a nuestros clientes la máxima privacidad y una estancia agradable y positiva. Finalmente, me gustaría terminar expresando mi más sentido pesar por no haber conseguido, a pesar de todos nuestros esfuerzos, que su estancia haya sido maravillosa como la del resto de TODOS nuestros clientes.
